Love my hat. It fits great when many brands don't fit my head. Goodyouco was in communication every step of the way from purchase to shipping and arrival. I can't wait to use it in the sun this summer at the beach and garden. Great experience and product

The hat is great and really keep the sun away! It arrived pretty sliw but in time for my holidays!!

I was sceptical but the hat looked perfect for my needs, so I took a punt and paid via PayPal. Took over two weeks to arrive, but arrive it did and it’s great!

More than happy with this company.
I have received both items that I ordered and was happy to give them a positive review.
By the way their sun hats are the very best and I always receive compliments.

Easy and fast delivery!

I ordered two pink hats from Goodyouco.com. One is for me and one is for my daughter. I just got my hats last week and I absolutely love them. The material is very lightweight and made well. My daughter really likes the ponytail feature on the hat and we both plan on ordering the black one's soon. This company is not a scam, it did take a while for my order to ship only because I am in the USA. But truthfully not as long as I thought it would. If you like this style of hat you will love these. I say at lease order one you won't be sorry. 💜 I am a normal person leaving a normal review.

Please take into account my today emails of 15 day guarantee asking for refund for the 2 orders (#74153 + #74158) I have made on may 12th.

The tracking number never worked. Then after 3 weeks it says delivered. Tried calling carrier (NEVER DELIVERED) 85 minutes wait time. Good you sent me pics of delivery,NOT MY APARTMENT! Then they told me to call the carrier. Customer service doesn’t care once it leaves them. Delivery drivers need glasses. I’m sure this is a huge scam. Don’t waste your money stick with Amazon at least the guarantee their deliveries.

I wish I could make my review 0 stars. I ordered a hat almost a month ago. A week ago I received an email saying that my hat was shipped. I was given a tracking number The package cannot be found with that tracking number. I have contacted the company twice by email with no response.
Update: I have used the correct email for correspondence. I did FINALLY receive my hat! That was a lot of work and a LONG time to wait for one item.

I really liked the look of the hat and yet I was hesitant as ...who gets a free hat and only pay shipping? This Company did! The hat took a long time to arrive but I have no regrets about placing the order. It is very light folds up perfectly in bag, worked great for the hot Mexican sun. I have really long thick hair but this pink hat worked perfectly for it. Love it! I am sure this company is growing through a startup phase hence some of the issues. Responding to their purchasers in a timely manner is huge and adds credibility to their company.

Hat arrived after a few weeks which was fine but it was dirty! With a weird white powder on it. It is quite small fitting but ok for me as I have a small head. The mystery box is AWFUL, some weird white sleeves and a really cheap plastic thing which I presume is a hair thing in no packaging or anything. I had presumed it would be products they stocked, not some random stuff off the warehouse floor. Really disappointing.

I bought this hat, it looks nice and seems a good fit, but there is a huge issue with the way its been manufactured. I don't know if its just mine that has this fault, but one of the poppers is broken and the rim of the hat protrudes 1cm inside of the hat poking into the side of the head which is very painful, as it is very tough fabric with a lot of stitching. So there is literally nothing I can do to adjust it at home. I contacted them to resolve it and explained I've been hospitalised and couldn't deal with it sooner and yet they don't care. This was their response. "While our standard warranty coverage is 30 days, I understand this may be disappointing news. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a replacement or exchange at this time due to the warranty period expiring.

Talk about a company not making reasonable disability adjustments. This cannot be a UK based company, because this 'protocol' alienates disabled customers from receiving the help they need. You would think if it was a decent company with integrity and value, that they would want to resolve a manufacturing error. This is why I think it must be how badly they are all made. I would therefore advise you to avoid.

Bought through faceboook (using PayPal as a buffer) and got the cutest hats, shipping was not discounted cause hat was free and I got two cute hats and me and my sis are very pleased :)

I ordered two hat's at mei 6th to my daughters address in the Netherlands. Still waiting of an answer. Payed nearly 30 euros. I just got a email with the note that my order received. No more! Is this scam???

Total Scam!!! I ordered back in April nothing!! I have emailed more than once to find out where my order is and NOTHING! Going to have to dispute the charge and try to get my money back sadly

This is not a scam at all! I received my really cool sun hat! I have very long hair and it fits perfectly through this hat. I garden during the day and needed a hat that could handle this. It does! It has vents to help with the sweat and this hat does that too! It protects my face from the shade and also doesn’t cover too much so that I can still see! Love it! Shipping didn’t take weeks and weeks either! Great product! Thank you!

I ordered have not received yet. However the link for tracking shows this product is being shipped from China. I had no idea as they don’t disclose this. I would never order a product from China. Very disappointed in this company and I haven’t even got the stupid hat. I ordered this to help keep sun off face as I go through my chemo. My fault should have done better research.
I did get the hat it’s fine the other stuff us absolute junk. Some white cloth things and a hair thing. Not even good if I had hair. Waste of money. Will never recommend your company. Feel like I was ripped off. If I could return easily I would but that is another trail

I appreciate that there is a company that is do confident in their product that they let you get one for free plus shipping and handling. It took a little bit to get but the wait was worth it. They are great at getting back to you if you have questions as well. I found them on Facebook offering a free hat and I was skeptical at first because if it sounds too good to be true, usually it is. The hats are adorable and I'm looking forward to using it.

Absolutely delighted to with my hat. I wasn’t sure if a free hat was too good to be true but took a chance because at worst I have lost less than £5 postage. So glad i did!!
