We have been using Good energy for the last 10 years for FIT solar payments. We have had batteries fitted recently and Sonu was great helping with the change over. A good experience with Good Energy
I phoned Good Energy because I was still being charged for gas on estimated bills after my gas supply had ended.
I spoke to Sony who was efficient and friendly. She got the problem resolved as quickly as possible.

Good Human Communication
Good Human Communication! The price was right, and I like the Idea of a B Corp energy supplier, I like the "100% British-made renewable electricity from independent producers"! This is the future and I choose to support it.
We are a business account and I am very happy with my decision to choose Good Energy. The switch was seamless, I was a bit worried so I contacted them 3-4 times to check if all was good, but I shouldn't have, all was OK.
