Scam, my son got caught for a hoodie that didn't arrive

Ça a pris 9 mois à être livré, pas spécialement de réponse lors des relances, mais c’est bien arrivé et la qualité est vraiment bonne.

Ordered over 6 months ago and still waiting
as others have said, they are claiming that they are shipping stuff out but they have been saying that for over 2 months with no REAL updates

Will delete once I get it.

Ordered 14th September, After seven months! And numerous same content emails promising nothing I got my money back from my bank £79.99. Don't waste your time request a 'chargeback' from your credit card or debit card. This company should not be alllowed to take money and not deliver the goods, 7 months !! Absolutely ridiculous, do not be fooled by insta or other social media , save your money

I ordered at Gonis shop more then half a year ago on the 4th of September and still got nothing. The customer service is replying with the same email over and over. (EDIT: Now it seems a real person is answering.) I was aware about the delays, but resciving nothing is just frustrating.

Ordered in August, it’s now almost March and still no sign of the goods. He doesn’t reply to emails but happily posts on Instagram about all the stuff he’s selling. He’s a con man, avoid at all costs.

I've ordered from goni about 2 times and the 2nd time is definitely going to be my last time ordering, the first time wasnt bad, I waited 2 months for my order to arrive and the jacket that was ordered was nice, the 2nd order was a train wreck, I had ordered a hoodie from him, by the point I ordered it I have had many expirences with sellers like goni and I had got a feel for the genereal wait time for an order, I ordered the hoodie around may 2025, as of writing this the hoodie has just arrived to me and the day is February 23rd 2026, the time was near 10 month wait for a single item, the problem's lied with goni himself, I had contacted support many many times over the course of the 10 months, I barely recived any word from him, I had emailed him, messaged his instagram and sent probably hundreds of messages into his discords support chat, I was met with constantly ignored and never getting my issues resolved, he didnt really handle the messages in a professional way either, he was far too casual about it and never struck me as taking my supports or the support messages of others very seriously and professionally, the hoodie itself was shipped to me, then sent straight back to goni and it began more weeks on end of contacting support to no help at all, to the hoodie itself while the quality is very good the fluff it comes up with is already imprinting on the black of the hoodie, making it look very very dirty already and I have only had it about 5 to 10 minutes, another small complaint is that there was constant promise from goni that we would be compensated with an extra item, be it an jewelery or clothing, when I recived mine I didnt get clothes or even a necklace or even earrings, I had recived a cheap keychain barely worth 6 euro, while I wasnt expecting an extra item, I feel after the near year long wait for this hoodie I cant help but feel that this cheap keychain is just a slap in the face to the customers, a freind also purchased this hoodie and he recived earrings but he himself found them useless as he doesnt have pierced ears, these smalls freebies show that goni doesnt care truly about his customers and was throwing whatever he could find into the package without second thought, overall while the hoodie is nice it has its issues, I would strongly recommend against buying from goni and bringing your money to other better sellers like goni who have far better products, far better communication and overall better qualities, but if you do decide to buy please be aware of the major problems that plagues goni and anyone who would buy I also strongly advise you wait until he majorly changes things about his buissness and takes his company more seriously

Ordered in July, rollout supposed to happen in September. Tons of delays due to poor choice of manufacturer, kazillions of remails stating exactly nothing, once even with the whole distribution list in copy, thanks for that privacy leak...
Shipment finally early february, 4weeks later still nothing, but inquiries from various post offices for documentation for customs clearance. So not only choice of manufacturer sucked but also choice of shipper (shipping globally requires some kind of documentation, welcome to the present) ...
Support requests at Goni were brushed of with random useless bot responses
I really do not care anymore how the hoodie might look like, this was the worst expereience ever, next time I just burn my money, would save me a ton of hassle

7 months to deliver, zipper works... Barely. Not super reflective in person as far as I've seen but it does look good in pictures. For >100$ and 7 months I expected more.

I like the hoodie design but it’s taken me since September 1 of 2025 to get my hoodie and it still isn’t here yet. I know they ran into some customs and production issues but it’s not excuse to not answer my multiple emails from me asking for a tacking number or update at least. I feel like I just gave 120$ to a company that has a “you’ll get it when you get it” attitude and I don’t appreciate that.

Bit of a wait but the quality of the clothing is really good

Ordered a hoodie in April 2025 and 10 months later still hadnt been shipped. Had emails weekly blaming production then customs. Felt like a scam and wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. They never replied to my emails so I managed to get a refund through PayPal in the end. Avoid.

I ordered a hoodie back in July expecting the rollout to start in September. We got updates on various delays. The longer we had to wait the more frequent the update emails became. They were honest about what caused the shipping delays which was great, saying they were gonna change manufacturers from here on.
My hoodie arrived over the weekend! (End of jan). It's a really great product, good quality stitching and fabric. In the pack I received a freebie worth £10 (it's currently on sale), a sticker and a note saying apologies for the delay.
Once they had shipped it only took a couple days with a reliable courier.
I was starting to get concerned it was a scam but the transparency of the team really helped.
I think if its merch you really want it's definitely worth it, but those first few months were kinda stressful.
I only decided to take the risk because I saw photos and videos from customers from the previous drop. Im glad it was real!!!

The hoodie came and its great quality and looks exactly as described. It was delayed a bit which was why theres a a lot of 1 star reviews but goni did send emails the entire time to give updates and explain why. Ive ordered jewellery before from the website as well and its always been great quality

I waited over 150 days for my grey zip hoodie and it never arrived. Messages are rarely answered; instead, they keep advertising the same or new pieces on social media. According to their website, the process takes a maximum of 105 days.

20 days ago, I opened a case with PayPal where I explained everything, and I got my money back without any issues. PayPal refunds work for up to 180 days — just a small tip for the other poor people who are still waiting desperately for their hoodie that will probably never arrive.

Btw: To this day, I still receive weekly email updates saying that for the past two months they haven’t shipped it yet because they’re still waiting for part of the delivery. Under his Instagram posts, there are tons of comments describing the exact same experience as mine.

Ordered in June 2025 a pre order hoodie from the zero drop vol2 and still nothing shipped at the moment (December 2025). Don’t listen to false five stars comments. Yes the vendor is sending « updates » about orders but it’s been months that they are saying the same thing over and over but nothing is shipped. It feels like a scam to be honest. I advise you to read the comments under their instagram posts or join their discord just to see how many people are complaining about not receiving things they already paid for. I’ll update this review if I ever get that hoodie but in the meantime don’t ever buy from them.

Insane quality zero hoodie delivery updates were constant and genuine and the little accessories were great. Very high quality fire hoodie the wash texture is so great too and the fit is perfect modern and boxy

Don't listen to the one star reviewers they just don't have enough patience to wait for an order even though goni were sending constant email updates about what was happening with production and stock

It's been 17 weeks and my order has not come and the company will not respond.

I ordered a the cyberpunk hoodie and received it within two weeks. No idea why some people think it's a scam. I've been a customer for a long time and never had any problems. Maybe the people don't understand what a preorder is :)
