Kia ora! Today Anne. G was articulate, patient, easy to talk to, and had a little laugh with me, adding the human factor to the call.
Anne's mannerisms were an absolute delight. She had a calm manner and ensured that all spelling, personal details, address, email, and contact number were clear and correct.
When she read the terms and conditions again, Anne was very clear, which I found comforting.
I have recently worked for a courier company in the call centre, so I understand the difference between a good rep and a rep that still needs some encouragement and improvement. Another colleague and I trained most of our team in North Harbour, and I believe Anne brought the energy that benefited the team overall.
If I were Anne's manager, I would highly consider talking to her about being a trainer for calls, a main support person who understands empathy, transparency and honesty.

Everything was clear and concise, I was given plenty of opportunities to ask if I wasn’t sure about something, and although the premiums are slightly higher than I expected, I am happy with the policy. Vanessa (with the white van) was very professional.

I will begin by acknowledging John, whom I had the pleasure
of meeting during our interview.
He clearly understood the procedure we had to follow throughout the interview, occasionally asking if I had any questions as we proceeded.
A sense of respect for each other was obviously the aim that we both felt was to a comfortable level, therefore allowing me to answer all questions with an honest response, finally finding the level of the insurance policy that allows me no hardship as I humbly journey on with my life.

The only negative was having the first couple of call backs not done at the times I indicated which meant a bit of luck around to get it at times agreed on. But otherwise good customer service

The Representative had exceptional customer relations. He put me at ease from the beginning and was very informative but also spoke in simple English.
He kept me at ease throughout the whole process.
