Flex moving and storage did a great job. The movers are very nice. They knew what they’re doing and very professional. Thank you.

I had a very disappointing experience with Flex Moving and would not recommend their service.
The crew was unprofessional, careless and rude. They did not use moving blankets to protect my furniture and did not bring sufficient equipment, such as the appropriate dollies, to perform the move safely and efficiently. They even complained that my furniture was too heavy, even though moving heavy furniture is exactly why I hired a professional moving company. As a result of their careless handling and lack of proper protection, several pieces of my furniture were bumped and damaged.
After unloading my belongings at my new home, the crew left without placing the furniture in the designated rooms or reassembling and setting it up as expected. Instead, nearly everything was left piled in one room, leaving my home in disarray. Despite my repeated attempts to contact the company and request that they complete the work, I received no response, and no one ever returned.
To make matters worse, the crew worked for only about 4½ hours but charged me for six hours of labor and required me to pay the full amount before the job was completed. I paid for a professional moving service but did not receive the complete service that was promised.
Based on my experience, I do not recommend Flex Moving. I expected professional movers to complete the job they were hired to do, handle my belongings with care, communicate honestly, and honor their commitments. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

First long distance move across Texas and was worried. Both the pick up team and delivery team were professional and efficient. Flex Moving did an exceptional job and put my fears at ease. Will use again if had another big move. There were no surprise fees and their ‘all inclusive’ quote was what I paid.

STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN SANITY!!! Flex Moving & Storage is a sham. They have a very professional sales team that is good at closing, but once you get to the moving part BEWARE!!! I booked a confirmed move at 8 AM. No one showed. They don’t open until 9, so I waited at my storage unit 1-hour before being able to call. Once I called customer service, they said that the wait time was 30-minutes and someone would call me back. Someone called me back at 9:40, only to inform me that the schedule changed and now movers would be coming between 11 am - 2 pm. Promised they would call 30-mins in advance. 11-2 came and went. No one showed up or called. I called customer service back at 2:30 pm only to be told they would have to call me back because dispatch wasn’t answering their phone. Two hours later still no return call. I called back at 5:30 only to be told that the move was cancelled for the day and needed to be rescheduled!!! A total waste of my time and money. Don’t use this sham company!!! While the price may be appealing, they are not dependable and full of excuses!!!

A terrible business, do not use for any reason. They were actively harmful to our moving efforts.

After confirming multiple times both before the day and on the day of our move, 6/30, we were left to learn over halfway through our appointment window that nobody was coming.

Additionally, this information only came to me after calling them 3 times. Our arrival window was 2-4:30p. I called at 1 and 2:30 to ask if people were arriving, since nobody had reached out to us, and I was told to keep waiting.

At 3:30 I reached out once again, and I was told that nobody would be coming. Nobody at any point reached out to me.

We had scheduled a strict 4 hour window to move from 2:30-6:30 at my building and with our moving truck company, which flex knew about. We had reserved the loading dock, and we had a driver waiting on the truck while we loaded. Flex's 2 movers being there was absolutely crucial to getting everything done in our window.

Due to their not arriving, we had to pay to delay our window while my wife and I tried unsuccessfully to frantically pack our entire apartment into the truck ourselves.

They still have not refunded us or answered our email, this happened multiple days ago. 0/10, do not use for any reason.

Awesome communication throughout the move. The truck arrived when it was supposed to for loading and unloading. Movers were professional and handled my belongings with care. Will use again.

I had a terrible experience with Flex Moving & Storage and would strongly caution anyone against using them.

I booked and paid for their labor-only service for 3 movers for 2 hours. Only 2 movers showed up. That is not a minor issue — that is Flex failing to provide the service I purchased.

Because Flex was short one mover, the unload took 2.5 hours instead of the 2 hours it should have taken. Then, instead of owning the mistake, Flex charged me extra for the additional time caused by their own staffing failure.

That is ridiculous.

They sold me a 3-mover service, delivered a 2-mover service, and then billed me more because the understaffed job took longer. In other words, Flex failed to provide the labor I paid for and then tried to make me pay for the consequences of that failure.

When I disputed the bill, their response was even worse. They told me I needed to provide “documentation” proving only two movers were there. Apparently the customer is supposed to stop in the middle of a move, create an evidentiary record, and prove the company did not send the crew it promised.

Flex should have its own dispatch records, check-in records, time records, GPS records, or basic internal documentation showing who actually showed up. Instead, they pushed the burden onto me and acted like no adjustment would be made unless I could prove the absence of the third mover they failed to provide.

The two movers who actually showed up worked hard. This review is about the company, not them.

Flex’s handling of this was unacceptable from start to finish: understaffed appointment, longer move, extra charge, no accountability, and a dismissive billing response.

I would not use Flex Moving & Storage again, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

FLEX MOVING & STORAGE Did a great job. They came on time. They provided 2 guys who were both professional and friendly. I would seriously recommend them to friends and family. Also we plan on using them again for our next move.

Absolutely horrible experience from start to finish. I honestly can't think of a single thing that went as promised.

I scheduled two movers to arrive at 8:00 AM. On the morning of the move, I got a call saying they wouldn't arrive until around 12:00 PM. Then, at 11:00 AM, only one mover showed up and told me they weren't sending anyone else. I immediately called customer service and was assured that a second mover was on the way.

The second mover didn't arrive until 1:30 PM, and as soon as he got there, the first mover left. I was left to do all of the heavy lifting myself while still being charged as if I had hired two movers the entire time.

When I contacted customer service again, I was told there was nothing they could do. It then took me seven straight days of phone calls, multiple managers, and constant follow-ups just to get refunded for the second mover I never actually had. Apparently, only their "billing department" can adjust charges, and there is no way to contact them directly by phone, so I was forced to sit and wait while they decided to respond.

This company completely wasted my time, caused unnecessary stress on an already exhausting moving day, and then made me fight for over a week just to correct their mistake. I would not recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and use a different moving company.

³I recently moved with flex. I was quoted 4-5 hours with a detailed bill of lading for the job and 3 movers. Only 2 showed up with a trailer so small it took 2 trips and 7+ hours. Then there was a huge amount of damage which the company only wanted to compensate a minimum legal amount of $400 for $1000 or more in damage. Do not use this company.

my experience was great so far! the workers were personable and easy going. I had a lot of stuff to love out but everything was able to fit in a single trailer! they did most of the leg work packing everything and it made my life easier as all i had to do was direct the packing

Update: I will keep this short and keep the below review in place. I’d like everyone here to know after a month (their team claims 7-10 business days resolution) they are offering a whopping $84 in resolution. After damage to the couch, walls, floor and treadmill. They will send you movers who can’t lift the items without your help, damage your property, then reimburse you next to nothing and cite all their “terms” and “policies”. Please do not ever hire this company, you are better off getting a couple friends and feeding them pizza. Save your money, save your time, save the stress, they don’t even realize when they’re wrong or how to right their wrongs and they are not interested in doing so.

My moving window was 8am-11:30am I requested they be there early, they showed up at 10:40 and stayed in the car another 7 mins. They dragged our furniture, scratched our floors, scraped paint off walls, damaged furniture and couldn’t actually lift and move most of our large furniture without asking me for help. I was refunded only $59 for my move… still waiting on the damage claims resolution. This is not what I expect when booking a moving service and this is definitely not the resolution I was hoping for. Flex needs to vet their movers and verify they are capable of actually lifting and moving furniture and have appropriate tools for doing so without damaging someone’s house.

Please avoid Flex Moving services, they will break your things, damage your house and not move all your things effectively while providing lackluster customer support.

I was in a pinch, and Flex Moving helped make the process much less stressful. Scheduling was quick and easy, and the team was prompt, professional, and efficient. They handled everything smoothly and made moving day a great experience.

Move went smoothly. Both workers were great and it was their first day.

Ok no that’s it gonna work. The first mover got there at 9am the second mover did not show up until after 10. The first mover stated there should have been 3 movers and only 2 showed up late. My sister observed the second mover smoking marijuana in his car before he came to our door. They broke a lamp and blamed it on the wind. My sister had to go to Walmart to buy tools to get the washer hose off. your movers told us just to buy another one. Totally unprofessional and it’s NOT MY fault they ran over. It was a one bedroom apartment and because of your employee incompetence it took longer. I have been waiting for you to resolve this.
I will take further action if need be.

Your moving team was knowledgeable and worked very well together. They completed a difficult job quickly and made it look easy.

Flex was great and easy to work with. We got a quote together and the movers came on time and made our move very easy!

Everyone who helped in my move from Houston to Florida were absolutely amazing!
