I signed up AND PAID for their two…
I signed up AND PAID for their two boxes while I was in shop one day and was told that they will be shipped to me. Months go by and I haven’t received anything and so I go back into the store and ask why I haven’t ever received my first box. The guy told me that he must not have saved my address the first time so he needs my address again and assures me I will get it soon now. More months go by and so I call the store, a girl answers and I tell her what’s been going on and she says “oh yeah I’ve had lots of complaints about that, I spoke to my manager and she said since we have boxes in store you can come get one, I have already done for 2 other people this week.” So I say great and go to get it the next day. When I get to this store, a man doesn’t have any idea what I am talking about and tells me he can’t do that. So I told him I spoke to a girl at this specific store yesterday about this. So he calls her and she tells him what the manger has told her and he says okay and hangs up. He then looks at me and goes “yeah that just doesn’t sound right and I’ve been here a very long time, so I’m going to call that managers manager and see what he thinks.” So I continue waiting while he calls and this manger doesn’t authorize this transaction. So he looks at me and goes “yeah just as I thought you can’t have a box” WHAT. So I tell him everything that’s happened (WHICH IT HAS BEEN HIM THAT LAST TWO TIMES I HAVE COME IN HAVING ISSUES) and he goes “well we aren’t even doing this specific boxes anymore. I would just call corporate and speak to someone because I can’t see anything about the status of your boxes on my end.” So I leave and call the number he gave me. I explain to the rep on the phone my situation and he puts me on hold to see what the issue has been. He gets back on the line and says “I can offer you 300 points for all this trouble” I then asked what is 300 points worth? And he said $10 of any item. WHAT!!! When I paid for two boxes filled with items!?? I then had to go back and forth with him on how I don’t want that and I a only taking Two boxes or a full refund. He then says he can’t do either of those things. I finally get him to answer me when asking several times whose fault this is for me not getting my box and he said it was theirs and that he can see a box was never sent. I then asked to speak to a manager. He said oh I can have one call you back and I said no I want to speak to a superior right now. He then put me on hold. Once he got back on the line he said that he went ahead and approved me for the box. He then stated my first box would arrive in TWO WEEKS and then the second box would come around January. It has been EIGHT WEEKS since this conversation took place and STILL NO BOX!!! They are absolutely terrible and I will never spend another dime at GNC.
GNC sucks
GNC sucks. Plain and simple. Shipping takes forever. Its 2021. If amazon can have things to people in a timely matter than GNC should also be able to do the same.

If I could give gnc zero stars I would.. I have been ripped off by them twice, I place an order, it gets canceled by them for absolutely no reason, then they will not issue me a refund. It is LITERALLY criminal to steal peoples money like this. Absolutely disgusting

Went to 2 different GNC locations and both are closed the 1st sign said hours are 10am- 8pm.
The 2nd location is in the mall and it’s hours are mall hours but neither is open tried to spend my money with them but now I have to go to the Vitamin shop
GNC ONLINE NOTHING BUT SCAMS
I’ll never order from GNC online again. Bunch of scam. Bought Isopure Infusion and a protein bottle on first week of August, 2021, paid almost 50$ Which it already took from my bank account and was received GNC acknowledge email. I never received the order number. Call one week and half later, saying that I’ll receive confirmation number with 24-48 hours yet 4 days, later, nothing. The week after that, I called and talked to a woman saying THAT MY ORDER WAS CONFIRMED which I was getting pissed off so I ask for a refund saying that I would receive my refund within 1-5 business day. Yet, a week later nothing, never received my money and for for that transaction went missing. Called them today an update on my refund status saying that I never got charged for it which my order I placed was only on hold, I clearly saw my bank was subtracted 48-49$ something if I could remembered, but why would the woman I called before this person I called today said I would get a refund back if this other person I called today saying I wasn’t charge for it? Make no f******* sense. FXCC GNC.
Accessible but expensive
I like the fact that they're everywhere. Only thing is, it's more expensive than other stores.
Rude Associates
I went into a GNC store in the Bronx on White Plains Road in the Bronx.
I picked up a few items and went to the cashier to pay for them. The Associate rang up my items. I was going to pay with a debit card.
I asked the Associate what the total was for the items. The Associate was very rude and would not answer my question. I told him never mind. I left the items on the counter and left the store.
I have not been back since. I do not have to deal with rude Associates.
I decided not to return to this GNC Store.
Fix your website payment system
Fix your website payment system. I can’t place order on the website, tried with several credit cards, all can’t went through. I checked with my card issuer and there’s no hold or any issue. GNC chat agent always saying my card has issue and cannot provide any further instructions or assistance.

I subscribed to a service from GNC and due to covid my first package never arrived. A kind letter staying problems due to the virus would keep me from receiving my package but the next was sure to come.The first box had powder all inside from a damaged package but the box was undamaged. It was sent that way. Now it's time for renewal and I got hosed. I never got what I paid for and now they want more money. I received SOME of what I paid for but that is unacceptable to me. Now on my last box I got a letter inside stating I would get money off if I bought something. A coupon for another purchase is not what was offered. I have had issues over the years but this is the last time I'll allow them to do this. I am tired of companies getting away with lying and stealing from me.

They sold me GNC Amplied Heat Extreme 180. When I took it, I noticed the capsules smelled odd and I felt terrible when consumed. I checked the label to find the product expired in 2016! 5 years ago! I am disgusted and the company refuses to refund me. This is atrocious business etiquette.

Placed an online in store pick up order. After 2 hours I never heard that the order was ready. After getting there to pick up, no customers were in the store and I literally picked up my items from the shelf and filled my own order. The clerk seemed non interested. I will never shop there again

I placed an online order and received the wrong products. Tried to return to the store and after an hour the lady still wouldn't exchange for correct product. Went home called customer service, they gave me an approval number. Went back to store and still wouldn't exchange for correct product. I asked for a refund and they tried to refund for less than I paid. Finally got them to agree to refund correct amount but had to argue to get a confirmation email about our conversation. I will not be doing business with GNC again.

I placed an order for $685.65 - days went by and no order # so called them - no history of order - twice disconnected. Then on third call they said could not process because amount too high, problem with a Chase CC, sorry not send email. I asked for an email stating this (BTW they did NOT want me to call my bank - what! - even bank said odd). They said sent but never received. So I have to wait for the pending charge to drop off as they could slip in this order when they find their products which means if order from another I'd have too much product. Communications and honesty are lacking with GNC.COM - not ready for an online presence.

I had a subscription to Previgen first two orders came in great third order never showed got a refund very happy next order came one bottle instead of two no damage to package just miss packed , asked to ship missing product they refused , I canceled subscription, I will be going to someone that actually cares about there customers . From reading other reviews I’m not the only one.

As much as I want to say I like GNC
As much as I want to say I like GNC, I cannot. The only one in my city closes randomly and some days stays closed all day without updating the website. Boone NC GNC is by far the worst store in Boone, no other stores just close when they choose like the GNC in Boone does.

Most locations around me closed, I was able to locate two locations that are still open. The only caveat is they are not fully stocked with the items I need. Tried to order online, items were not delivered as promised and still waiting. What happened to GNC’s level of service.

I have been in Fair Oaks GNC store twice now, both visits were disappointing. First visit the female employee acted like she could care less that I was in the store..and showed no interest in helping me. Ok, I wrote that off as a "Bad day for the lady". My second visit proved why the first employee acted the way she did. THIS NOTED MANAGER could not answer simple questions about a product. Do you have any in stock? " I do not know". Can you check for me? "if you do not see it, I don't have it". When will you order more? "I do not know". Are you the manager? or an employee? "I am the manager". And you do know if you will order more? " No...I probably will not order more". I will never shop this store again. I also will tell my social media friends not to. Complete failure as a manager.
Somebody needs to short GNC..
Dont know what has happened to GNC but someone needs to short them as they have become a horrendous company. The staff are inadequately trained, they hawk and push their crappy GNC products through their outlets and keep the better quality items online and their shipping is a complete joke. The CEO of this company needs to haul his head out his *ss and have a look around to see what is really going on. Used to be a premium member but honestly won’t support them anymore.
