No real job vacancies for locum GPs - strongly feel this company needs to be removed as take all documentation and then disappear and do not respond to any emails - highly unprofessional and causes unnecessary anxiety!!

Very bad service and delivered wrong product and even can’t exchange.

I will NEVER order from their online store again! Their prices aren’t better than Amazon. My package was stolen and they refused to replace my order or provide me with a refund! I have never had this issue with another company before. Horrible customer service. They took forever to contact me back.

I’ve been buying my products from GNC for a couple years now, but I have always have such a great experience with their store manager, AJ her and her staff are super friendly and experience with all the products and have great knowledge it’s always such a pleasant positive place to go to and it’s nice to get some good and honest feedback I really appreciate how personable AJ and her staff are i 100% recommend buying your supplements from the store specifically

bought my whey here, arrived on time and still a while from the expiry, thought not my fav whey amongst other brand but value for money

The cancellation policies/customer support are terrible. There is no way to cancel an order from the website, forcing you to contact them during their limited hours. The confirmation emails only arrive when the order is shipped, which means you can’t even contact support about the order until it ships. When it ships, they say there is nothing they can do. Beware and please do not buy from this place. There is a reason they almost went out of business.

I bought 6 grapeseeds and 5 of them were already expired. Talked to their customer services and sent the pictures of the bottles, but they refused to refund me. This was my very first order and really disappointed.

I recently went onto GNC's website to buy dietary supplements. I then got a confirmation email saying that I would soon get my order number, tracking number, and other information:
"We are currently processing your order and are excited to be a part of your journey to Live Well. You will be receiving a confirmation email from GNC shortly with more information like your order number, shipping information, billing summary and more."

Days passed without anything. So I contacted GNC and a
representative told me that my order was canceled, because it was placed from Spain. This is a lie. I placed the order from the United States. And why did I not get any cancelation notices? The representative tried to place a new order but told me that my address was invalid, without giving me a reason. I told this representative to enter my address without any apartment number, but my address was still invalid. I told the representative to abbreviate my address, but my address was still invalid. The representative could not place an order for me and told me that there would be an investigation, and that I would get a response soon. I then tried to place orders by myself, but I got error messages with no explanations. I waited for the promised responses for a long time, but did not get any, so I contacted customer service again. This representative did not do anything useful for me, but instead, asked me many questions, put me on hold many times, did not tell me why I could not place any orders and why my address was always considered invalid, and told me that there would be an investigation, and that I would get a response soon. I waited for a long time, but I did not receive any responses.

SHAME ON GNC!
GNC has an ad on TV for Nugenix, say text to 32321 to get a bottle of Nugenix, ABSOLUTELY FREE!
THEN THEY ASK FOR MONEY!
NOW ABSOLUTELY FREE MEANS JUST THAT!
STUFF LIKE THIS IS A SCAM!
FRANK AND DOUG ARE PART OF A SCAM!

Do not use this company, they only care about making money.
I accidentally ordered an incorrect item, but even though I contacted the customer helpline immediately, they were not able cancel.
Returns are at the customer’s expense, so cost me almost as much as the actual product to return the item.
I am still to receive a refund, but won’t be surprised if there is some other reason why they decline the refund.
You have been warned!

If i could give them 0 i would. I recently tried to purchase the Prime Energy drink and i was waiting 3 days for tracking information until i recently contacted them (today) with the reply of they couldn't deliver it as there was a maximum amount of products you can order (not stated on the site).

Ordered online. Package arrived in a greatly oversized box with no packing material. The containers are rolling around in the large box. On container is dented. I assume the contents are pulverized

I have used multi vitamins over 50 for the past 20 years. They admit that the recipe has changed. It has a bad odor as well as a cancer warning label on bottles. I asked for a refund and was refused. Will never buy any product from this now owned Chinese company. Stay away

I bought GNC products from their online store, but they later sent additional products that another customer had ordered. The first name on the labels was my first name, but a different last name and a different address. I had FED EX pick up the packages. Then I noticed that there were over $200 in charges to my credit card for those products. I have called GNC several times to have the charges reversed, and sent the requested documentation showing that I was wrongly charged. GNC agrees that they made an error, but they will not refund the payment because they are not certain that FED EX returned all of the product. That's not my problem. Bottom Line: Stay away from GNC online. There are lots of other options in the marketplace that won't take your money.

They should treat there employees with more respect , and be a little organized being such a large corporation on there hiring process . Think 2 stars is being extremely nice for the actual experience .

One of the fastest delivery I have ever had, also got a really good deal on Whey Gold Standard. I placed my order only 2 days ago and honestly I almost canceled it after reading all this bad reviews about the company however they surprised me.

This company is colapsing, i hope they will close soon, scaming people, customer service is worst in the US, hate this brand, do not recommend. Be CAREFUL with them, find another brand
