The visit was on time. The engineer was both professional and friendly. During the boiler service he offered help and advice.

Terrible Customer Service
I have used Glowzone for boiler servicing and have been happy with their service in the past. However, recently I ordered new mixer taps , a shower hose and new shower head for my bath. The office manager ordered a unit that didn't fit my shower bracket so I am unable to use the new shower head . She was extremely rude when I complained and is now offering to charge me another £57 for yet another shower head .
Stating that I need to pay this on top of the £276 for boiler service and new taps if I want a shower that attaches to the wall . Of course I expected the shower unit to attach to the wall and in the photo I sent her the shower head was not on the taps but attached to the wall. She was rushed on the phone and certainly never made it clear that I wouldn't be able to use my new shower on the wall . She then tried to mis interpret our original phone conversation. I will never use them again !

Very efficient and would recommend
I've used this company for a many years for various boiler related jobs and new radiators. Very efficient and would highly recommend. They turn up when they say, get the job done well and are clean and tidy. Can't fault them. It's also great they have an office which you can phone and actually discuss arrangements for the work.

Glow zone whom we have never worked with before were very helpful with a very difficult plumbing issue.
They gave us clear and helpful advice, and worked very quickly to help rectify the situation at this time.
