Coupon offer was not correct
Coupon offer of buy 5 boxes for the price of4 was deceiving since the deal did not appear until I put 7 boxes in the cart so I had to buy 7 boxes for the offer. Even though the prices were great, it was still deceitful.

Okay, But Am Still Missing a Refund
Said I was refunded for an order that couldn't be fulfilled but there is no record of a refund of that $100.
Other than that, I've found the site to be a great source of gifts for friends and colleagues at prices that don't break the bank.

I ordered 10 boxes of the glossy $5 boxes and I got them all the same. If you do not have them refund and return. I did not want 10 of the same boxes. I also don't like those boxes. I do not think I will order from this company again.

Update: After leaving this review. Glossybox refunded the price of the 5 duplicate boxes. I changed my one star review to four stars
Original review: I love the products. However, I order a total of 6 different boxes and received 5 of the same box. When I contacted customer service, they said they were out of the other boxes and substituted what was in stock. I was disappointed.

Love it but so many problems
I love Glossybox but have had nothing but trouble with getting products that I’ve ordered. The company doesn’t really care that you don’t get what you ordered. Unfortunately I am addicted so I keep ordering. The boxes are great — filled with top-notch products.

And it looks like we are also unable to purchase your summer bag and other limited editions that are exclusive to the UK. Ich habe mehrfach geschrieben, dass mir Geld abgezogen wurde, ich jedoch keine Box erhalten habe da ich im Urlaub war. JEDESMAL kommt nur ein Copy-and-Paste Text vom sogenannten Kundenservice.. Absoluter Witz diese Firma..
Davon mal abgesehen, dass die Produkte null auf einen abgestimmt sind - womit ja immer so toll geworben wird.. Dieses Profil auszufüllen bringt echt gar nichts...
Bewertungen hier sind locker auch gekauft, wenn man nichtmals mehr Mails an die offizielle Supportmail schicken kann, da das Postfach überfüllt ist (lt. automatischer Rückmail)...
