Once you love our beauty boxes, you can sign up to the GLOSSYBOX year subscription for only £11.75 monthly.All our monthly bundles are worth £50 which makes this subscription of excellent value! For Pay Monthly subscription plans, payment for your first box will be taken straight away when you sign up. After this, payments are typically taken on or around the first of the month. On the other hand, if you prefer not to pay for monthly beauty boxes, you can choose to pay up front for 3-, 6- or 12-months plans!Your plan will automatically renew unless cancelled within the term deadline. You can opt out of this renewal service through your online account by cancelling by the 14th date of your final box month. Ich warte nun schon zum zweiten Mal unnötig lange auf meine Glossybox. Der Sendungsstatus ändert sich auch nach 1 1/2 Wochen nicht. Das Geld wird aber gerne pünktlich eingezogen!! 😡 ich hab wieder gekündigt.
Jeder Boxanbieter schafft es pünktlich zu versenden! Und diese Hinhalte Strategie die Sendung elektronisch zu übermitteln und nach fast 2 Wochen immer noch nicht zu versenden grenzt an äußerst unehrlichen Verhalten!

I never received my boxes
I never received my boxes, apparently one was returned, but they never emailed me and offered to fix it. I guess they were just planning on keeping the money and the box. I ordered two, but they only sent one. Never got either box, so I would give it a zero out of 5 stars. Never offered another box either!

Order was not correct
The only reason I give 3 stars is I did not receive my order. I ordered 4 boxes from the outlet store, all 4 were different months/years. I received 2 boxes of the one I had pick, and 2 boxes of another box. No price difference but I did select 4 different boxes. Frustrating.

I did not receive the boxes I picked. I was sent random boxes. The $15.00 box was resent. I had ordered it before. Not happy.

Although I’m saddened that the…
Although I’m saddened that the subscription program has now been discontinued for the US. I still had 5 months left but received a small credit. The last young lady said that it was paid for in September 2022 I kept asking her if she was sure. She said yes I did not receive a box for September nor October. I looked at my account and it was paid in full on beginning of November and received my first box 11-22-2022, so I still believe that I was owed more of a credit than 70. I don’t know how but it says 8 boxes delivered so only a 4 month credit it makes no sense 11 months would end in November. My last box was june 2023. By the way if I had not asked Nadia to see when my July box was going to ship I would’ve have known that my other boxes were not coming. All this being said I was happy that I could still order on your website and it would still be delivered to my US address. I loved your program. I loved getting a surprise every month. It was so exciting to see all the new products I’ve never done self-care. I was my mothers caregiver until she passed away two years ago in my home. I would work all day and then take care of her all night, and I never took care of myself and for the first time I started using facial products and I love it. I absolutely love it.
