I was so stressed when I was told I could not check in my flight because I need an ETA to travel to Nairobi. I tried to apply on line but learnt that it would take 3days to get the ETA. When I called GVC, they supported me to do the application quickly. I worked with one person sending her supporting documents until the ETA got out in an hour. Unfortunately my flight had closed but I was able to book for the next day knowing I now had the documents. Your service is excellent, you took away my panic and stress. Thank you very much GVC.

Fast and efficient service fulfilling our expectations

this company is a SCAM. they entered my information incorrectly and my visa has been permanently flagged because of their incompetence. they do not have ANY contacts at the immigration offices, and lie and keep sending vague responses. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION

I applied for an Indian e-visa. Whether I will get my visa or not, is still a mystery. However, surely they have no power to get it done in 24 or 48 hours. All they do is send follow-up messages; something that any of us can do it independently without spending USD218. If they cannot provide a unique service, which is the one we are willing to pay for, we are better off going through the ordinary service on the government portal and spending USD25 only.

Just for transparency, they are processing a refund of USD99 for the supercharge ( I will let you know if I receive it), as they did not deliver what was promised within 24 hours. However, it should have been USD149, since their standard service is USD69, which is what they have provided me with, in the end.

I also have to say that their chat and email response has been very prompt, but no one was showing a willingness to go beyond what they have been instructed to say. I explained that either I would get my visa within a specific time frame or it would be pointless, so I needed clear answers on whether I would get it in the moment or not, and they kept replying robotically “Your visa is still under process by the government.” Which was not the point.

Any of the contact numbers are not working, so don't even bother trying to contact someone over the phone. And they will never call you back, if you ask.

Because of all the above, I do not recommend the service at all.

UPDATE: I just received an email from them saying they cannot find my order in the system. It seems like they do it every time they receive a negative review. So, from the 2 stars I gave initially I changed to 1.

FURTHER UPDATE: My visa was rejected for mysterious reasons, which I believe is that they did not get all the complete information needed from me. In fact, the application from the government portal is more extensive than theirs. This further confirms my review - do not use this service.

The service was good but a telephone call to me was difficult to understand as the English spoken was very highly accented - I know this is difficult when English is not a first language. E mails which followed were able to establish what was required of me

We applied for a visa to Tanzania, they told us it would take 3 working days. They charged us 837 USD but never provided a visa. Scammers...what a shame!!

Hey guys, dont trust the positive reviews it’s all fake. Don’t waste your money on this website. They scam people by taking the money first. They charge 5 times more than the actual cost. They took $234 from me to apply for an Indian visa but the Indian government only chargers $25 when applied through the government website. When I contacted the Indian government they confirmed that GVC is a scam and that we should never apply through any other website other than the original Indian government website. So I applied through there original website and they charged only $25 per head and I got my visa in less than 24hrs. Can you believe these scammers??? When I asked for a refund they are giving me lame reasons not to give me my money back. They don’t give you any visa. Shame on you guys for stealing our hard earned money.

GVC was very efficient and kept us up to date during the whole process of obtaining our visas.
I would highly recommend them.

I submitted my visa application for Sri Lanka without prior sufficient research and in the end I did not even included the correct dates but since the booking process / order process was quite short and without final review stage I was already done without knowing it :-). I then contacted the customer service and told them that I want to cancel immediately because also the dates were wrong and I didn't foresee that the order commitment is so fast and without this last check. They were super helpful and enabled my refund, hence transferred me the money back. I was really very positively surprised in how professional they treated my refund / return.

I just had a bad experience regarding the time it took to obtain the e-visa, I paid for a guarantee to receive it in 24 hours and I received it 14 days later. I think it is important to mention that you do not guarantee the delivery time.

Carefull - this company gets you into touble!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with GVC, which has left me with over $9,000 in losses due to their misleading and unprofessional service. They advertise a 24-hour ETA processing service for $253 (six times the standard $40 fee), but the process was anything but efficient or transparent. Despite charging this premium rate, their team repeatedly asked for payment to be made again, leading to potential charges of over $500—far exceeding what was originally quoted.

The representative we spoke to couldn’t provide any concrete information about our ETA status, kept delaying with vague promises of updates, and claimed to have contacted immigration—only for us to discover that immigration was closed and unreachable at the time. This lack of transparency, combined with repeated requests for additional payment, feels very much like attempted fraud or a deliberate scam.

Due to their service failure, I now have non-refundable expenses, including a business flight, hotels, a Masai Mara Charity trip (child.org), and a significant event, totaling over $9,000. I would strongly caution anyone considering GVC’s services—our experience was highly disappointing and costly, with no accountability or support from their end and no attempt to solve the issues. Keep in mind, its not even a Visa Service its ETA (40 USD usually)z

it's scaaaaam don't use this service - please apply directly through governement website it gonna be more easier and faster. they have a method of scam that you pay before so you think that's all ok , and after that they tell you that you need to upload all the documents bla bla bla. i ve use this shiiit website to travel to zambia and finally i missed my flight which cost me 2000 euro ( 2 persons ) , idiot aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa3333333
