Firstly, I want to highlight how incredibly amazing the customer service is at this campsite. The staff genuinely care about every person who visits, and I was truly impressed. For me, that’s what high-level service is all about.

As for the stay itself, the location is unbeatable, especially if you're here for a Ben Nevis adventure. There are numerous beautiful hikes nearby, including some breathtaking waterfalls. The facilities are top-notch and, honestly, the best I’ve experienced in all my years of traveling around the UK—especially the showers! Everything is kept extremely clean, with staff always around making sure things are spotless. I imagine it might get a bit messier during peak season, but even though I camped in October (not the busiest time), there were still some guests who didn’t clean up after themselves. Nevertheless, the facilities are maintained at the highest standard.

There are plenty of pitches to choose from, whether you want a quiet spot or a busier area. Since it was out of season in October, it felt like we had the whole campsite to ourselves. Whether you're camping or staying in a caravan, they have everything you need.

The on-site shop is super convenient—you can buy food and even hiking or camping gear if needed.

Restaurant
The food was so incredible that I’m ready to travel back from Bristol just to eat there again! I’d give it thousands of stars, especially for the salmon and steak. The service was also excellent, with friendly and attentive staff.

Weather
As it's the UK, you have to embrace the weather, but as long as you’re prepared with the right gear, you’ll be fine.

Overall, I absolutely loved my stay with my son. We had a small issue, but it was sorted out immediately. Beautiful place, stunning location, great food, and wonderful staff—a place you’ll definitely want to return to.

Fantastic site. Stayed 2weeks in large superior caravan with family it was spotless and plenty of space. Welcome pack was the best i have seen. Loved the mini soaps. Parking beside the caravan was great as was the space between caravans unlike site with similar name. Staff were so friendly always spoke to guests in passing which makes a huge difference. Receptionist beth is amazing at her job. Helped us book next years holiday. Would 100% recommend a holiday here. Its so quiet. The only noise we heard was the sheep in a nearby field and the flowing river nevis loved the unexpected laundry facilities so close to caravan. Perfect place if you need a chilled out relaxed holiday.

Memorable vacation for our whole family. We will definitely come back.

Unfortunately, our stay left us a little deflated to see how far there standard's have fallen now. It wasn't the worse site we stayed on our 8 days away. But remember it being so much better. Shower blocks and tidiness around the place. Staff were very good and polite. No tv signal or WiFi.

Depressing, dirty and decaying are the most honest words to reflect the state of the amenities here. It's not award winning, unless there is an award for rotting facilities . The shower block is rotting from the inside out. So little competition in Fort William has allowed this grotty place to neglect the very basics.

Booked a caravan for the week and really though we were going to regret it the first night. Group of young people were staying near us and were making a racket until four in the morning. The site could do with a) something in the literature saying to be quiet from say 23:00 to 07:00 as a number of other sites do b) have patrols to monitor noise levels. Fortunately the people making the noise left the next day and the rest of the stay was excellent.

Great location, clean and tidy site. Grass could have been shorter and the site quieter through night.

At the start of the pandemic in March 2020, I was called back to the frontline, but not provided with accommodation. Nevis Holiday Cottages stepped in, with John providing a cottage for me to stay in. For that alone, 5 stars. BUT the accommodation is superb, for all 4 seasons. The location is to die for, with the major attractions, not least Ben Nevis, on your doorstep, literally. The cottage is very well equipped and warm, and you don't need a telly (there is one) - just watch the sunsets, and the wildlife and scenery from the window! It made a difficult situation at a difficult time very much better. Thank you!
