Bad experience
I had called Fond du lac wi location. Had a windshield repaired. He never covered the hood up and dropped resin on the paint. It wouldn't wipe off. Had to have it buffed out which cost us money. He also used our step ups instead of bringing a ladder in to stand on. We have a Jeep Wrangler with only 60k miles in excellent condition. And that is how they treat your vehicle. They will never work on any of our vehicles again.

My experience was fantastic. It was quick and easy. I called Sunday for an appointment. My appointment was Monday morning due to needing a specific brand. Hugo was my glass technician and kept me updated and cleaned the broken glass in my vehicle.

Decent price and excellent technician
The service as priced very fairly and completed by a professional, mindful, and kind technician. He did turn up very late, but he called me multiple times to update me and explain matters that were out of his control. Overall, it was a good experience and I would use Glass America again.
