I ordered transition lenses and they do…
I ordered transition lenses and they do not transition from clear to dark when I am outdoors. At first I thought it was because it was not sunny. However, the next day were clear skies and bright sun. They stayed clear.

In response to the comment from GlassesHop I did order the transition lenses and provided them with a copy of my receipt showing I ordered and paid for 1.50 Photochromic Progressive Transitions - Gray. I love how they are trying to say I did not order them when my order receipt clearly shows that I did. They tried telling me as a one time courtesy they will give me a new pair of glasses. I do not need a courtesy I need what I PAID FOR!

I liked ordering on line but it’s hard to know what will fit and work. Totally disappointed in one pair with blue light blocking. Everything is blurry and I can’t use them at all.

Did not get the glasses
Did not get the glasses! I ordered a pair of glasses 3 months ago. They tried shipping it 3 times before they gave up and refunded my money. Shipping was to Canada and my address was correct each time. Not recommending if outside the U.S.

Repeat Customer
I have purchased multiple pairs of glasses from Glasses shop. I have loved every single pair. I can get progressive lenses with transition to sunglasses so reasonably priced. I recently purchased four pair of glasses for less than the price of one pair at a brick and mortar store location.

The glasses took 7 days to arrive but…
The glasses took 7 days to arrive but they were much more sturdy than the pair I purchased at the eye doctor and they price was one third what the eye doctor charged. LOVED THEM. If I didn't love them, they were returnable!!!!

Ordering was an absolute breeze
Ordering was an absolute breeze! All we needed was the prescription info, and once that was entered, we were all set. Our local eye doctor didn't have any frames my daughter liked, but we found a huge selection on Glassesshop. Not only are the styles adorable, but they are significantly more affordable than the boutique options. We’ve already ordered three pairs, and every single one has been fantastic!

Great experience! Ordered I pair of regular glasses and 1 pair of prescription sunglasses and I love them both. Easy to order if you have the prescription on hand and they are arrived faster than anticipated.

Two pair turned into 3

Ordering was easy and straightforward. After my glasses arrived, they didn't fit (not Glasseshop fault). Getting new ones that fit was easy with a short turn around time, and I was not even required to return the ones that didn't fit. They got donated. Would definitely recommend.

Not impressed
Although the sight is correct, I ordered graduated tint to be used as sunglasses, but these have very little tint in the supposed heaviest tint part of the lens. These are of little use. I do not recommend this retailer
