I got the turquoise boots with the snakeskin. I loved the colors which were pink yellow and purple on the turquoise and reminded me of rainbow boots. When I received them they were turquoise but with only pink on them. There was no yellow or purple so that made me sad. I knew they were one of a kind and no 2 pair are alike so I kept them. I wore them for the first time and they are the most comfortable boots I have! Make sure you follow the instructions that come with them and you will keep them safe. Thank you Gypsy Dharma and good job!!

Ordered my boots dec 31st 2018 and havent got a single reaponse at all messages on messanger show read not responded to!!!! I am on ssi for mental illness and this is not what i expected waites years to order due to no funds and now this is what i get????

Well where do i start?
Over 4 years i wanted to have a pair of boots. But they were always too expensive for me but about 2 months ago there was a coupon over 50% discount and then I finally got my hands on one pair. my pair of boots were preorder and I waited some time for the delivery. Unfortunately, it seems that I have received a wrong pair of boots because why i try to contact them a couple of times to solve this problem. I have tried to contact the shop 6 times but no answer until today (2 weeks since delivery). This has nothing to do with customer service. So please think twice if you would like to enter the risk of not getting what you ordered...

I finally got the boots Ive been dreaming about for years. The seller was great and communicated each step of the way to help me get exactly what I wanted. She is in England so the time difference was a bit tough to work around but she was great in getting back to me each time. I also got them shipped to me really fast. I love my Gipsy Dharma Boots!

I had a wonderful experience with Gipsy Dharma. The seller replied to my fb message very fast and was helpful. The parcel was shipped super fast (from Bali). I picked the fast shipping which cost a lot but the parcel was in Europe in 3 work days. The boots are gorgeous and I love them (plum knee high boots). Due to availability I had to order 1 size larger than I normally would have and they are a bit big as expected but I can make them work by tightening the laces all the way in the ankle area. So the boots are very adjustable and quite forgiving in sizing. I do recommend this company!

I have a pair of gently blue boots from Gipsy Dharma, as well as a skirt.. have been wearing them for several years and still delighted!

After receiving no shipment for several weeks on my order (not a preorder), I attempted emailing every address I could find, including her contact form and FB. Only after I opened a dispute did I hear a peep from her. At this pt she refused to ship or cancel my order for a refund, and asked me to close the dispute, which would have eliminated my buyer protection and let her simply rob me as it seems she did to another reviewer on here. Only after escalating to a claim for my money back did she bother to ship my items several weeks later. I do not trust a seller that simply ignores their customer, and refuses to ship because a dispute has been opened. Very poor attitude and conduct. Ignoring customers is not only rude and unprofessional, it shows how little she values her customers. Once the boots finally arrived I had to pay a customs fee and then opened the package to find one of the items was not even the correct item I ordered! Since GD makes it clear customers have to pay for returns even if her company messed up, I didn't even bother. I was extremely disappointed by this whole experience and I'll never recommend gipsy dharma to anyone.

I got my boots in a timely manner which was very much appreciated since I was ordering them for my wedding. They came and are beautiful. However, when fitting my laces... loosening them to fit I found that the laces were way to short. They are not as long as they look in EVERY picture on their site. They are definitely not catering to every calf size. I have tried to contact them several times even offering to pay. After one response asking for my order info which I sent there has not been any other responses after countless attempts at reaching out from my end. My wedding is now a week away and I have to find other leather strips for laces. I am beyond disappointed in a company I have always wanted to buy from and finally found the means to do so to be treated as if they did not care. On top of the last minute stresses of a wedding I am now having to find a place to purchase laces for my "perfect wedding boots."

Won a competition for money off boots. I selected my boots and paid towards them afterbusing my prize. Boots were never arriving and no updates. Finally managed to track down the owner of this site to be told that the boots I want don't exist (even though they were available to be added to cart and paid for) so I ended up with no boots and no prize.

I am appalled I bought boots paid full price and £25 postage after along wait they didn't nave the leather for my preordered boots and had to take another from a very limited choice boots took a long time to arrive but happy enough. Then 5/6 weeks later I received a letter from TNT demanding £41 delivery the six page letter tells me every detail i.e. unit cost about same as I paid postage also species that these are a free gift. And Allot more I was furious contacted them no response (you are not allowed to annoyed ! ) I contacted TNT also gave them there details. Got another TNT letter still demanding my money. No response from Gypsy Dharma as per usual it turns out the free gift is to avoid taxes . Such an ethical company ! I am now taking the matter further .

These are gorgeous boots. Well made and they are very comfortable to wear. It was easy to adjust them for my use. I am just delighted with them. I will certainly be getting another pair when I can.

I won $100 on a pair of boots. I am so excited. The lady at Gipsy Dharma is wonderful. I spent a long time picking them out. I finally decided on the clockwork fairy ankle boots in brown. I can't wait to receive them. afriend has a green pair of the tall boots and they are gorgeous. Wonderful product and they care about the planet too.
