I absolutely love my gorgeous new boots. They're beautifully made, soft and ridiculously comfortable! I definitely recommend getting the half size larger. I did and they fit perfectly. The communication throughout was faultless, and delivery was really quick. The boots are lovely soft leather, so follow Gipsy Dharmas instructions and look after them and you'll have no problems! I have purchased 3 pairs of Gipsy Dharma boots, I love them. Excellent company to deal with. I love the quality and comfort of the boots. I highly recommend them.

The boots are exceptional in design and quality. One style ran larger than labeled but an exchange was easily made with good communication from the company. I have since made another purchase and I am extremely pleased with everything about this company! My second purchase was done using a $100 gift certificate that I won on facebook. I highly recommend gipsy dharma as a very reputable company!

in April, my husband offered to buy me a pair of my Dream Boots for my birthday, but when i went to order them, my specific size was listed as Sold Out. i emailed the company, asking if/when they would be available again, and while looking into it they found one more pair in my size in-stock, and i was able to purchase it from them! BEST BIRTHDAY GIFT EVER!!!

the boots are just what i thought they would be; Dreamy! they fit as if they were a part of me, and i get compliments on them whenever i wear them, which is as often as i can! i've never loved a pair of shoes or boots as much as i love my Gipsy Dharmas!!

the ONLY problem that i have with my boots is my own fault, not of the company: the boots i ordered are EXACTLY my size, so much-so that if i wear anything other than thin netting-socks, i get a blister on each of my pinky-toes. as i said, it's a fault of my own: i should have ordered a half-a-size larger and didn't, and i don't want to go through the Returning process, so i just need to wear thin socks. other then that, i would recommend (and have recommended) Gipsy Dharma's boots to anyone and everyone i know!

good Customer Service, high-quality craftsmanship, and AMAZING products! i hope to get more pairs (in other colors and styles) in the future! I LOVE GIPSY DHARMA!!!

Yes, the boots are comfy, but make sure you order the right size first time. I was told I could return the pair I got which turned out to be too small, for a refund. I followed the returns instructions to the letter. I emailed the seller as I could see that the boots had not been collected, despite Royal Mail attempting delivery. All my emails were ignored. Eventually I had to open a dispute with PayPal and today, thankfully, they refunded me.
The returns address is different to the address that the company is registered to and there are various different names attached to the company, despite the claims on the website that 'Gipsy Dharma' is a single person dealing with all enquiries and the running of the business. It is certainly NOT all it seems.

I bought 3 pairs of boots, one of them was NOWHERE near what it was supposed to look like in the pictures. The other one they sent the wrong color. They refused to answer any of my emails or facebook messages even though I had just spent $600 with them and it was THEIR mistake. Plus the soles of these boots are very badly made.

I ordered boots in my size and the sent boots that were too small. I returned the boots but have yet to get my exchange or even offered a refund. I haven't got a return email since the email telling me to send in my return. I filed a dispute with PayPal just to get my money back and I'm still out the $70 it cost to send in my return. I would NOT do business with them again.

The website for GypsyDharma is really well put together and the FAQs are substantial with transparency around the fact that returns will not be funded due to the long distances involved in postage (from east Asia) and therefore encouragement to ask any questions pre-sale, and instruction to do so via Facebook for a prompt reply. So far so good: I liked the transparency and the well-written text. I had three questions that were not covered by the FAQs: 1) is 'colophony' (pine/spruce sap commonly used in footwear manufacturing which I happen to be allergic to) present? 2) a request for clarity around width sizing due to conflicting advice on the website & 3) a request for clarity around pricing due to conflicting prices on the website. I asked these questions on 27th Dec and, having received no reply I sent another message on 1st Jan a further chaser on 26th Jan. Finally a response came on 27th Jan stating my questions had gone to the 'Spam' mailbox (if you are going to state on your website that the best way to make contact is through Facebook messenger, then make sure it works) and answering a question I had never asked and, even more frustratingly, none of the ones I had. I pointed this out and received another reply that sort of half answered one of my questions but crucially still made no mention of my allergy (i.e. the 'dealbreaker') question. I repeated this question again and was told by my responder that she doesn't know if the substance I mentioned is used in the glue that she uses. That was it. No effort made to find out. Nothing. This all raises some suspicion: GypsyDharma is marketed very much as one lady's business with a dedication to individually crafted handmade items concerned with supply chain ethics and use of sustainable materials. I find it difficult to believe that someone with these concerns would not know what materials are being used in their products and would not even be able to find out. All very disappointing, but I'm so glad I persevered with my questions and didn't just order without listening to my 'spidey senses' which started tingling when it was taking so long to get a response.
