I completed the Gina Badhen 5 day course over a year ago, it was an amazing experience in terms of the knowledge I learnt covering all aspects of hair, makeup and business expertise. I’m glad I chose Gina’s course because I got insight into the business side of freelance makeup and this is something which is often overlooked in makeup courses. Aftercare from Gina and her team has been great including a box of some products Gina herself uses sent to my house and opportunities to work at celebrity launch parties. I really enjoyed learning new and varied techniques of makeup, being best for bridal, photography and so much more! Another aspect of Gina’s course which was really appreciate is the professional portfolio images, they have taken my own brand to the next level!

I done the 5 day pro course and it was so much fun! Gina is very warm and welcoming. She was not only our teacher but she was like a big sister to some of us. Gina always made sure that we understand and ask any questions if we didn't understand anything. Taught us step by step how to create a specific look and gave us feed back to help us improve more. i would 100% recommend.

I completed Gina’s course in August of 2017, and I absolutely loved it. I had very little knowledge about makeup (in terms of different products/companies/application on others etc) and had learnt what I knew so far from watching YouTube videos.
When deciding whether to do the course I was offered the option of speaking to Gina on the phone, where she went through details of the course, feedback etc and was very bubbly and helpful.
I was very nervous upon starting but Gina had greeted us all with a big hug and a big smile and made us feel comfortable. She put effort into getting to know more about us. We were taught 2 looks each day, which ranged from Asian bridal, Middle Eastern/Western bridal, Editorial & Faux Freckles. Also how to change the bridal look from day to night. We had the chance to write down notes as Gina taught us, practice on each other at the end of the day (which enabled us to work with different skin types, face shapes and shades etc) and give feedback of the day through describing a ‘pit and peak’. Gina would also give us feedback on our looks and answer any questions throughout the day. We were given a professional hair stylist for hair and a celebrity photographer for our portfolio day which was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed the course.
Gina has reposted my portfolio pictures and account a good few times on her page after the course and shown support on my makeup pics as well as being added onto the website which is very appreciated. As part of the agency I have been invited to the academy’s charity event and to a photoshoot organised by the agency to create professional photos for us to help with our branding. However being a part of the agency I have not received any work as of yet and a lot of my work does not get reposted onto the agency Instagram page neither compared to others who may get reposted often.

I love Ginas style of makeup as I think it’s so unique, she always gets a natural flawless finish and it never looks cakey. I love that we were a taught a range of looks including editorial and bridal. I learnt many techniques which I still use today. Gina gave me the confidence to go out and be able to practice but not only did she teach her methods during the course. She invited us to amazing opportunities, including filming with MTV after to help build our portfolio. I would recommend this course.

I recently took part in Gina’s makeup course and could not recommend it enough. She went above and beyond in every way. I enjoyed learning with her and love her style of teaching. I highly recommend it to anyone that is considering doing a makeup course. Thankyou!

I model very often for Gina Badhen for her professional photo shoots and her classes. I’ve worked with Gina for many years now and her talent is just unreal. Behind the talent though is an amazing woman who is driven, hard working and so real. And it’s hard to come by real people In this industry. The classes she does are so professional and she teaches you everything she knows. I myself am now very good at makeup and I am a nightmare for other makeup artists for them to work on me as i have learnt so much from Gina painting my face. I always recommend Gina to girls who are wanting there face done for whatever reason.

An absolutely amazing course. I learnt so much on this course not only about makeup but running a business and networking. I’ve had many opportunities and paid jobs come my way after gaining the skills, knowledge and confidence via this course. I loved the goody bag I received once I competed the course. I signed up for Gina’s course not knowing what to expect, I had some issues with travel due to the location being slightly far, however, the pros outweigh the cons, I couldn’t be happier!
She has taught me much more than just makeup tips and tricks but how to better myself as a person to reach my goals, the makeup industry and also business side of things. She encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone and took the time to give me advice and girl chat in order to be more comfortable whilst on the course, she made me feel welcomed.
After the course she has always been supportive when I needed help and answered all my questions.
I enjoyed every day on the course and am so glad I got to meet such an inspiration.

Absolutely loved this course!
I have learnt so much in regards to makeup and even hair. My skill set has shot up and so has my confidence. The information taught actual translates to credible and useful techniques to create stunning makeup looks. As well as learning loads of super amazing industry tips and tricks. I give credit where it is due and I am happy to report I have absolutely managed to further my career as a make up artist thanks to the Gina Badhen course.

Gina’s course is one of a kind. Having finished the course last year, I have had continuous work since. Her agency has allowed me to achieve jobs which before I would not have had access too. I think it is a one of a kind academy as there isn’t many out there that offer you work on the back of attending a course.
In terms of the teaching style itself, Gina was very caring and hands on with us all during the 5 day course. She made sure to interact with us, make us feel as if we could approach her with any questions we had. I learnt a lot of tips and tricks which I continuously use on my clients today, thanks to attending Gina B’s makeup academy.
