Delivered next day as promised and not the 'just made it' in mid evening like some.
Product exactly what I expected.
Only thing I would like to see is to cut out the double packaging (plastic bag around cardboard, possibly because 2 boxes inside but could have taped them together)

The website allowed me to make an order(Sunday) but 2 days later(Tuesday) I received an email informing me that the items were not in stock and wouldn’t be available for 2-3 working days. It’s now been a week(Sunday) and I’ve been asked to do a review. I’ve not received another email informing me that my order is on its way so I can only assume it’s not as I’ve still not received it. Draw your own conclusions but if you do order it would as well to follow up with a phone call or email just to check availability especially if you’re in a hurry for the goods!
On the positive side at least I was able to find what I was after as I did have trouble finding the light and driver elsewhere. That should have set my alarm bells ringing at the time!

Many thanks for your review. The items you ordered are listed with a two working day lead time from the manufacturer. Non-stock items are active on the site to be ordered by customers so that they can be ordered from manufacturers as needed.
As you ordered on a Sunday these were placed on order first thing on Monday morning with the manufacturer - the start of the 2 working day lead time. These should have arrived to us by Wednesday at the latest and shipped to you on our next working day delivery service via DPD. However, we received word on Tuesday from the manufacturer stating that they had a delay with these items and that there would be an additional 2-3 working day lead on these items before being despatched from the manufacturer.
We contacted you immediately via email to alert you to this delay. This new lead time from the manufacturer puts the latest despatch date as Friday 1st November which would mean delivery to us by today, Monday 4th November.
Having contacted the manufacturer this morning, they have confirmed that the items are in transit and expected to arrive to us today as predicted. So long as the delivery arrives to us before our final DPD collection this afternoon, we will ship your order as soon as they arrive to us and expect the order to be with you tomorrow via DPD.

The speed of delivery is outstanding. Technology should be introduced to same extractor design but with lower DB.

Cost of returning incorrectly supplied iten was not refunded
THE WRONG ITEM WAS SUPPLIED - AT ODDS WITH THE PACKING NOTE- AND i HAD TO RETURN THE ITEM AT MY OWN EXPENSE. WHICH HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED. THE ITEM WAS REFUNDED WITH NO OFFER TO SUPPLY THE CORRECT ONE.

As stated in our Terms and Conditions:
Damaged or Incorrect Items:n Please notify us of any incorrect or damaged items on delivery within five working days of delivery.
You sent back an item without contacting us in advance and therefore did not use our returns proceedure which would have supplied you with free return shipping and a form that would have alerted our staff to the action required. We cannot refund a payment for shipping that was not paid to us and action cannot be taken to correct an issue if the information is not provided to us correctly.
As the item was returned to us, we refunded the order in full, which included the cost of the item as well as the original shipping cost. As stated before we cannot refund a third party shipping charge if you choose to use one. We would suggest in future that you check a company's terms and conditions or contact them directly before returning an item to make sure that you do so in line with their returns policy to avoid unnceccessary charges.
