I ordered a bathroom extrusion fan with Gil-Lec which arrived very promptly and was exactly as described on their website. Based on that one order I have to say I was very pleased with the service and would consider using them again.

Many thanks for your review. You placed your order on Monday, 19th of May at 4.36pm. Next working day orders need to be placed before 4pm as stated on the website, which is why your order shipped on Tuesday morning and delivered on Wednesday, 21st of May.

Excellent as always. Had a problem with a ceiling fan purchased in December 2023. Thankfully, still covered under warranty. Matt was extremely helpful in responding to my email and advising the next steps. New part received today and fitted all within a week! Thanks again, great service. Michelle.
