I ordered he Frog in a Box 6 months ago when I saw it in this site for my granddaughter for Xmas. We were moving house end of September to live with daughter so trying to get organised. When I gave it to her last weekend and she opened it we found out it was broken. I contacted the company and had an email back saying it was out of stock and I could have something else. I didn’t want anything else so found the item elsewhere. I then asked for a refund as it was a broken item. I was told I couldn’t have a refund because it was 6 months ago I purchased it and they would contact their supplier to get another sent to me. I really didn’t want another one as I’d sources one elsewhere. I was told that wasn’t possible and I could only have a credit note. But the supplier could send out another I was told again. I didn’t want another so asked for a credit note and how I could return the broken item. Not heard a thing now for two days. Think I’m being ignored. So I have a broken item and no refund or credit note. Yes the company did say they could get another but I wasn’t happy getting another from the same place and as I said I’d already ordered one from a company which would get posted to them before Xmas. The other item I ordered at the same time is great but I won’t be ordering from here again and definitely not recommending them to anyone.

Ordered a few things firstly the wooden abacus . The site only gives you one version . So it was ordered and it arrived totally different to what I thought I purchased a lot smaller it says on order form small abacus £19.99 on site does not give you size options so so disappointed so don't purchase this . Magnetic words were soot on and the inflatable ball was just as advertised.

Have been paying my subscription every month but have not had a deliver of the learning club for 4 months!

Order never arrived, had to contact them to be told it was returned to them as only partial address? Paid with paypal which shows my full delivery address? Partially refunded after I had to contact them. Service could have been better

Great selection of educational products that are not easy to find elsewhere and competitive prices, really easy checkout process and super fast delivery. Only wish I could track the delivery but I was notified of dispatch and received my purchase next day so should not complain. I will definitely recommend Gifts for Little Hands to all my friends and family and will be returning soon.

I ordered the kidoculars for my grandson and I received them today!! They are lovely and I can't wait for him to try them out!! Really happy with the quality and service!!

Each month my son receives a child age appropriate box full of activities which are educational,fun, can be done or used again. The staff are super helful and kind when contacted and love to share posts of the children enjoying the boxes.

My little girl loves receiving her learning club box. The activities are easy to recreate and everything comes with instructions and they provide items needed for the activities. The booklet also gives handy tips for parents on how to do the activities, how to extend them and what questions to ask your child throughout. It also explains what each activity links to in the EYFS.

When one of my daughters boxes arrived bent they were quick to respond via instagram and even sent an extra gift to my child to make up for it. They also followed up with Royal Mail to ensure it wouldn’t happen again.

All items in the boxes are good quality and the activities are interesting to complete, some are even new ideas that I have not come across in 11 years of working in nursery settings, which is great when occupying a young child who also attends nursery.

I am really pleased I found this box when looking for subscription boxes for my child. Others seemed boring or once you had completed the activities within the box you couldn’t repeat. With learning club the instructions detail exactly what you need and often use items that are easy to get hold of if needing to replace. I have found that they come with more than what you need so will keep your child occupied for the month until your next box arrives

A wonderful box of ideas for great activities to do with my little boy. We have them scattered round the house and whilst he’s a little young (not quite 3) we dip in an out of them and find other uses for them. :-)

Bought Paint Sticks 2-in-1 Art Station for £29.99 for my grandsons Christmas. The product was broken and I contacted the company who were less than helpful. On first use (and before I discovered it was broken) my grandson choked on a piece of chalk andvwas rushed to hospital (999 call!). I contacted Trading Standards, who are happy that the chalk was not the cause of my grandsons collapse but I am now left with no product to exchange or return to receive a refund. No further contact from the company. Not good customer care.

Received a parcel this afternoon and found slight problem. Contacted company late this evening and received a response after 21:00 assuring me they would correct the problem. Unparalleled customer service. Will definitely use and recommend this company in the future

So educational and fun at the same time. My three year old son loves collecting the post and so receiving a box addressed to him made his day.

Just received our second Learning Club box and it’s even better than last months and I was impressed then. I purchased for my 4 year old and she loves the activities but I think my 22 month old will be able to enjoy at least some of it too and I love that none of it is single use so we can play with it for as long as they want. Really think it’s great value for money.
