Being able to organise a collection…
Being able to organise a collection with a remote team is fantastic and it is super simple to organise and manage. I understand you have simplified the process but really miss being able to send an actual printed card with messages. The other is transferring some/all of the money to a bank account - sometimes money would preferably be spent on items or companies not listed.

We know some people miss physical cards but moving away from posted items helps us keep GiftRound 100% fee-free and removes the stress of cards going missing in the post.

We also understand that bank transfers can feel convenient but with new banking regulations and high processing costs, it’s becoming increasingly intrusive and complex for customers, so we’ve chosen to focus on digital vouchers to ensure every penny contributed goes directly toward the gift, with no fees or deductions 💙

Easy and efficient
It was very easy to set up the gift round for a friend's big birthday and the contributors also said it great to be able to leave a personal message and even nicer a photo.
Customer service was also quick and efficient in resolving an issue when I needed to purchase the flexi card on completion of the collection.
I will be using again.

Really easy to use
Really easy to use, super quick to convert the pot into e-vouchers and you can split it too. Lots of good known Highstreet brands you can spend your voucher on, and receivers can also split the voucher over more than one brand if they want. Super flexible and no fees. Total win!

I would use this again, other people in my office also commeted on how much better it was than just sharing band details and transferrring money and no charge means you are not eating into your collections like other services.

Giftround was easy all round
Giftround was easy to set up and easy to send links to colleagues to donate. It was easy to arrange the gift tokens to be emailed and print out the messages from well-wishers. It was also not greedy in donations to help run the site either - actually quite an honest figure. Thank you all round and I will definitely re-use this site.
