Company emailed 4 days after my order…
Company emailed 4 days after my order claiming they had the wrong stock and ensured product would be made and delivered on time by end of week. This never happened and after contacting the company they haven't even begun the order at all. 9 days after I made my purchase nothing was done. Called the phone number on the Facebook website, the woman who answered never even heard of the company and had no idea why her phone number is on their website. Although a full refund was finally given, I have to find a new present for my mum's bday which was a week ago. Company has caused inconvenience and no good will provided. Do not recommend. Thanks.
Update after their response below:
The emails were not answered within 1 hour as they claimed. The latest ones took over a full day. No reply given from their messenger either on Facebook. Wrong number on their website. Yes I do believe due to the severe inconvenience, you could have shown more care with a good will.
Please note the only reason they replied was because I raised a dispute through PayPal. As soon as I did that they were very quick to reply all of a sudden. And please remember it took them over 4 days to even state they had a stock issue after my order. I have also emailed them showing them my willingness to change this review if their service was better, but after reading their response perhaps I shouldn't have.

We emailed you explaining that unfortunately we had been sent the wrong stock for your order and asked if you would be happy to wait for the correct stock to arrive (which we noted we could not guarantee it would be that week) or alternatively issue a full refund.
You agreed you would wait the week to see if the stock had arrived and agreed to a partial refund for the inconvenience if the stock had not arrived within the estimated delivery dates.
All of ours emails to you had been replied to within an hour and when the last email took less than a day to be responded to you stated the customer service was non existent.
As per your last email the order was cancelled and a full refund issued as requested, but you were not happy about this and implied more compensation should be provided for the inconvenience caused.
Again our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Order personalised passport cover and tag. Was a gift for new born baby. Very disappointed that the gift wasn’t boxed just wrapped in tissue paper let the whole package down.
