Unavailable products occur very long delays and the communication is terrible.
After having waited three weeks after order and payment to be delivered of a pair of fins, I was extremely disappointed by the very poor quality of the product. The size was wrong compare to what is written on the website, the color was totally disgusting (very pale) and the rubber of very bad quality with a lot of small tears along the sides.
I had to pay more than €40 to be delivered and nearly €50 to return them, and I'm still waiting to be refunded, nearly one month after having paid for these bad products.
It's not the first time I had to wait a too long time to be delivered because items are not in stock but are ordered at the manufacturer AFTER customer's orders, despite immediate payment.
Never again for expensive or technical equipments.

Please note that size recommendations are provided by the manufacturer (Tecline) and fit can vary depending on personal preferences and foot shape. If you’re unsure before ordering, we’re always happy to advise, but the final size choice is made by the customer.
Color tone and finish can sometimes vary slightly depending on the manufacturer’s production batches and photos/screens, but we understand this may not have matched your expectations.
We can confirm that a full refund has already been processed once the return was received and checked. Please note that the time for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank processing times.
About the delivery delay: some products can require additional lead time when they are not immediately available in our warehouse. Although we communicate you the estimated delay by email, We’re working to improve stock accuracy.

My shipment has been stuck in a UPS…
My shipment has been stuck in a UPS warehouse in Barcelona for over 10 days due to, what I believe, poor labeling/shipping process.
13 Oct 2025 Update: As of today the shipment has still not moved from the UPS warehouse. I agree that I have made previous orders that had no issues with the shipping process, but saying that due to ordering items with batteries is the issue is absurd! As a seller of items that contain batteries, this should absolutely be a non-issue. I have had zero contact or replies since 9 October 2025 to my request for shipping via a different method or simply cancelling the order and refunding my substantial purchase that you are clearly unable to ship to me.
So buyer beware, even if you request shipping by a company other than UPS (as I did) you will not receive you order if any items contain even basic AA or equivalent lithium batteries. Additionally, be prepared to have to go through your payment company for a charge back because as I have experienced, they will not respond to your requests for cancelation/refund even if you order hasn't left the local UPS warehouse in close to a month.
Regardless of how this situation is resolved, I will post a final update and hopefully even get to review the products ordered.

As we have been explaining to you in several emails, your shipment was stopped for inspection because there are several batteries on the package. and this parcel "flight" (not by road) to your destinations.
The customs asked us several questions and specifications and we have answered all this request properly and on time.
unfortunately the clearance process doesn't depends on us neither in UPS.
we have just to answer all requirements punctually, as we always do.
We have sent previous orders to you without any problems. batteries was not in these previous packages.
