The whole process was easy and supportive all the way through but we owe the biggest thanks to Oliwia. She was nothing short of phenomenal. From putting us forward in the best light, answering our queries thoroughly and expending a tireless amount of energy helping us and being on hand. We felt so taken care of and genuinely cared for which was more than we could have asked for. Exceptional service!

I own a property in Hanwell that I rent out through Gibbs- Gillespie. Over thelast two years a few incidences have ocurred that have not been easy for me to deal with as I live in North Yorkshire.
On each occassion these issues were dealt with by Ms. Oliwia Stobbe a Lettings Consultant.
Ms. Stobbe is efficiency personified, On each occassion she kept to her word and provided me with all the help and assistance that I required. She is always friendly, pleasant and supportive always offering help if it is needed. She has certainly been a great help to me in sorting out tenancy issues and given her role at Gibbs-Gillespie I would have no reservations about recommending the company.
Renting out a property is not always a straight forward matter but by using the services of Gibbs-Gillespie nd Ms. Stobbe in particular I have very little to worry about.

If professionalism had a name, it would be Oliwia and Gabriele.

From start to finish, they have been absolutely exceptional. They were always available to answer any questions, offer help whenever needed, and explain every step of the process with complete clarity. I always knew what was required, what to expect next, and felt fully supported throughout.

They made what is usually a stressful experience incredibly smooth and straightforward. Finding a home and moving in has genuinely never been this easy, and that's saying something—I’ve rented through various letting agencies over the past 10 years.

Their kindness, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to providing an outstanding service set them apart. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently and with care.

What is normally a stressful process turned into an enjoyable experience thanks to their dedication. I couldn't recommend Oliwia and Gabriele more highly. If you're looking for letting agents who truly care about their clients and deliver exceptional service, look no further. Definitely a 10/10 experience!

Our house sale went through today thanks to the team at Gibbs Gillespie...big shout out for Abraham Oommen, who, as a local man with over 20 years experience as an estate agent, has invaluable knowledge...he handled the sale with humour and courtesy...there was a tear in my eye as I viewed the property for the last time...my parents had lived there over 60 years and I was brought home there as a new born baby in 1947..now the house lives again with another young family...thanks Abraham and Adam for a painless sale.

Mr. Bracanto [Lettings Manager] is not a "gentleman" thus not a man of honour, who appears to have common or garden racial-issues with Black men 🤔; Since this disingenuous person profiles then discriminates against the same per lettings-activities to wit - myself!? Hence a 14 day intention of Legal (discrimination) Action is winging its way to his office as I write ✍️ (sic)! If ANY OTHER people of colour has issues with this "man" per his discriminatory shenanigans please 🙏🏾 don't hesitate to post so that we might make this world a better place FOR ALL (sic)!?

I was renting a property for 3 years. The service received was horrendous. I had a leaking roof for 3 years. (I lived in a flat in the 4th floor) when it would rain there would be a constant leak from the spot light. Yet nothing more than an engineer coming to look at the light was done.
Because of this dangerous risk I had removed the light bulb to stop a short circuit and potential being electrocuted. They tried to charge me to put the light bulb back in. They didn’t even want to rectify the issue for the next tenants.
Be careful when leaving the property they are looking for any excuse to retain your deposit.
I had the apartment professionally cleaned, however there was a bit of dirt on the counter in the bathroom after emptying the property and they were trying to charge me over £270 for this.
They have been prolonging giving my deposit back. I received my deposit over 2 months after I moved out.

Very impressed with the service from Karam, Dan and Charlie who have all been extremely helpful, whilst being professional and in a friendly manner throughout the letting process.

Abraham Oommen and his colleagues, Edyta Pruszynska and Sam Collins at the Northfields branch of Gibbs Gillespie, have been nothing but amazing at supporting us through selling our family home and purchasing our next family home. From the first point of contact they were transparent, communicative and helpful.

We did suffer from a slightly drawn out exchange process (owing to solicitors) but Abraham worked tirelessly to keep lines of communications open and helping co-ordinate to finalise exchange.

As relatively inexperienced operators in house buying and selling it was reassuring to have Abraham and his team a call/email away to discuss anything from pricing strategies and home buyer surveys to small details around fixtures and fittings.

We would thoroughly recommend their services to anyone considering buying or selling.

Northfields - the previous incarnation - were never brilliant as letting agents, but this lot are positively negligent. We have had a good relationship with our landlord for a couple of years and now we have both realised that GG have actually lied to us both! This is pretty irresponsible, bordering on criminal; we both have evidence to prove that GG have been 'economical with the truth', and will present them with it in the coming weeks.
