2,5h on waiting time!
Literally ridiculous - been waiting for more than 2h for a delivery and it’s not even on the way! Customer service is so pointless at this point! If they know they are busy - why wouldn’t they hire more people or literally don’t take orders! They could’ve walk to me in less than an hour! In the end after waiting for 2,5 hours my order got cancelled!

One of the worst companies I've ordered from my items were missing once so i called them and went to Customer support the said I received it when I didn't so I thought maybe it was one mistake took the risk and re-ordered again they left out six items and apparently they scanned it in the warehouse so it must have disappeared in thin air because I didn't get it even the driver said they have a lot of item missing in the warehouse if there is any item missing I need to contact them when I did they left me hanging for over 7 hours I called them back and they go the warehouse has said the items were scanned don't know how that's possible if I didn't receive the items definitely scams they put stuff on sale then leave items out and there is no way of proving when they do it because they will deny it the items that were missing was worth around £15 it's horrible because people work hard for their money and they buy stuff online because it makes there life a bit easier when something like that happens it's so disappointing

Dit is de 4de keer dat ik geen geld heb nadat ik getir betaald heb en na een uur een berichtje door technische storing is he bestelling geannuleerd,,,
Duurd 3 dagen totdat ik mijn geld terug heb dus kan niets anders bestellen
De eerste 3 keer was het direct van er was een probleem en wel over 50 euro betaald en excuse me maar ben niet rijk heb alleen een uitkering dus die 3 keer had ik niet meer geld om te bestellen en ik weet niet hoe hun dat doen ,3 dagen niet eten?dacht ik niet
Ik heb echt veel geduld maar na zoveel mis te zijn gegaan denk ik een review is op zijn plaats
Trustpilot weet nu wel dat ik alleen maar eerlijke revieuws plaats en ik heb bewijzen alleen geven ze geen emails meer
Echt he gewoon 4 keer chat sluiten terwijl ik een uur zit te wachten op mijn bestelling en weinig tot geen support
Ze pakken je geld en je krijgt het na 3 dagen terug (dus houden ze me geld maar geen extra terug)
Dit is nu 4de keer geen eten geen geld en deze keer koste me dat 40 euro korting (70 procent korting)wat te doen met je laatste geld ?nooit bij getir bestellen........,want als er iets misgaat bij hun ben jij de pineut en ik doe dit ook niet anoniem
Getir kent me onder lily rose so als ze hun eigen support of emails die ik gestuurd heb naar ze lezen weten ze dat dit 100 procent waar is
Doe beter laatste keer ben ik ook half jaar weggeweest en na deze keer weet ik niet of ik überhaupt nog bestel mijn 5 euro tegoed kwijt die ze dan wel op je getir account maar wat heb je eraan als je niet je bestelling krijgt maar wel je geld weg
Ik zit dit in tranen te typen want ik geef niet zomaar een 1 maar Trustpilot weet dit ook en met een zwaar hart (ben 60 rolstoel gebonden dus kom niet buiten en voel me als vuil behandeld dus die bezorging is super belangrijk)zeg ik doe beter getir en bedankt Trustpilot (btw Trustpilot krijgt altijd een 5 omdat hun support ,eerlijkheid nr 1 is hetzelfde als hoe ik denk )
Getir only kicks its customers
Stay away from this company. The Turkish company's managers, who are not amateur professionals, do not value people. I ordered food, waited for 2 hours, it didn't come, and I received a message saying it was delivered. They spoke to me from customer support as if they were kicking me out. I complained about this company in Turkey; no one is satisfied. There is no chance of being an international company; they constantly inflate the company to sell it to foreign investors. How can a company grow without customer service?

Bestelling niet geleverd, maar klantenservice doet er niet zoveel aan behalve dat ze zeggen dat het snel weer opnieuw geleverd zou worden. Nou na 100min bestelling nog steeds geen info of iets.

Accepted my order then after 1 hour of waiting cancled my order ! Now I have to wait for a refund I spend so much money ordering with them I’ll never order again I’ve been sat with a meal half cooked waiting for my ingredients to be delivered now my meal is ruined and I have no money in my account till they refund my order !

De eerste bestelling ging goed, maar de avocado's waren verrot.
Bij de tweede bestelling voortdurend een foutmelding "betaling kan niet worden verwerkt" zonder enige aanwijzing wat te doen. Op een andere telefoon geprobeerd maar dezelfde foutmelding. Met Getir eappt maar geen antwoord.
Na een uur nogmaal geprobeerd en toen werkte de betaling, maar kreeg alsof een foutmelding, terwijl geld afgeschreven was en het winkelmandje vol bleef. Geen bevestiging in de mail.

I'm not using Getir again. They have twice sent me broken eggs and today in-date foul smelling chicken which almost made me throw up. It went in the bin and I rang them to complain. They wanted a photo! Of a smell? You get what you're given with this company. Why do they treat customers like liars? Customers note the fact that you are selective about which reviews you trouble yourselves to respond to!

Getir is gradually worsening its customer service. The company used to have a structure that tried to solve its customers' problems. Now, it doesn't, and what's more, the company has made itself unreachable. The customer service on the website does not work, the phone is not answered for 15 mins. It has been 3 days, I still cannot get my refund and I cannot get information. Then why should we order through this tool? Google brings me the restaurant, water company and supermarket I want to order from. If there is no customer service, we don't need Getir.

That's an amazing service.
I often rely on Getir in Kadikoy and almost always satisfied with their core services, as well as Locals and Food offerings.
They only drawback is their Water service. That's why I cannot give 5 stars: Water is usually late and either take 2 hours to deliver or they are late and give no clarity about the time.

Terrible company 4 bottles of water missing and one can out of 6 of pepsi badly damaged. No compassion or understanding failed to call the centre and ask the driver completely useless people really they will close soon because they don't understand people

I’ve ordered groceries last night and received with yougurt spillage all over the product and I could not connect with live support through chat,talked with one of the customer rep through call they ask me to send pictures and dispose it but the next day when I try to call them they are like can’t help or ready to provide refund,really disappointed with the service,would not recommend
Disgusting
Most things received either out of date the same day or very close to expiration. Today I actually received something 2 days past expiry.
Getir could not seem to care less, as if a refund for a £3 mouldy quiche is going to help!?

Half of the items were missing and agent offered only 10£ voucher if I buy something over 20£ , choose a refund and still waiting for it, I would not recommend them!

Service greatly improved since last review , Very quick delivery's sometimes too quick lol Drivers always super friendly and read the instructions for delivery (Unlike competitors) . Good selection but slightly pricey on the markup. My only current gripe is being unable to buy more than 2x certain products (Non pharmaceutical) case and point last week I bought 6pack IPA deal this week the 6pack IPA is gone and I'm not allowed to purchase more than 2 Individual IPA Cans , very odd choices like this knock it down a peg. Hopefully next year 5/5 !!
