Ieri per la prima volta abbiamo effettuato un ordine ma il corriere non è passato . Ci hanno truffati . Chiaramente il pagamento era già stato effettuato con carta di credito .
Stanno chiudendo e sono in atto truffe . Invano tentativo di contattarli sull app , dice che nn lavorano più in Italia .

Ich habe vor fast einem Monat bei Getir in Portugal bestellt und bezahlt. Als mir aber klar wurde, dass ich wohl keine Lieferung erhalten werde, kontaktierte ich den Kundenservice über die App. Im Fenster erschien dann jedoch lediglich die Nachricht "Getir ist nicht mehr in Portugal tätig". Ist das ein EXIT SCAM? Wie ist es möglich, dass man bestellen kann und meine Zahlung angenommen wird, wenn klar ist, dass Getir bereits die Tätigkeit eingestellt hat? Ich habe bis heute mein Geld nicht zurückerhalten.

I used to love getir but I started no to trust them, I live in Croydon and now they don’t delivery here no more , not fair , it should offer your service every where. It was so convenient for me as I have baby but this is happens when the company is not reliable. Just angry for every time I used Getir

Used to be decent, now they're going a bit gung ho with price rises.

People want to spend a little on snacks and stuff in the evening etc, not have to spend how much just to order a few small bits.

Which is what this business model was intended for.

If I want proper shopping I'll go to a supermarket. Not pay you how much plus a small order fee for a few snacks in the evening.

Shame Go Puff and Zapp stopped servicing the area, they were very reasonable with prices 👍

I ordered 2 hours ago. No update, unable to get through to anyone in customer service. Already paid and gotten nothing for my money. Terrible.

Useless! Can never get a courier! App always says 15-20min after 40mins. Placed the same order with getir and gopuff. Go puff arrived instantly! Cancelled my order with getir. The online customer service is a shamble, If you can't deliver and long lead time, be honest! Don't keep people waiting!!!

Incredibly fast delivery.
I have used Getir when requiring a few items, saved me a car journey and probably an hour.
The delivery was so fast it felt like I had just placed the order when it was delivered.
Friendly delivery man.

Getir have bought and ruined Gorillas. Their app is no where near as intuitive and the product range quality isn't there.

Poor customer service with frustrating AI triage that doesn't work and human operators that close a chat before it has begun.

They've taken away and ruined what was once an indispensable app.

Absolute scammers at this point. I have used Getir over 10 times and yesterday evening I was only handed one of the two of my delivery bags. It’s a moral issue to not deliver all the goods. The rider did not deliver one of the bags of groceries but marked it as delivered to the warehouse. I end up talking to robots via customer service.

As mentioned by another customer, they no longer value giving customer service. Avoid at all cost and not I am paying for items I did not receive which is a breach to the UK Consumers Rights Law. I will have to report their actions.

Do yourself a favour and don’t use them. I would not be wasting my time if this is genuinely not a scam on £14 worth of missing items.

I find it quite an efficient well run company.
Selling lots of named brands and some good bargains.
Very handy too because I don't always feel like a long walk to the shop.
Couriers are great always polite.
So all in all I would give 5 stars 🌟 everytime ✨️

Horrendous waiting times which surpass the 1hr mark. I occasionally order from Getir and the service initially was brilliant. It was a fast and efficient courier service as they were advertising however, it seems that now that they acquired their customer base they no longer value customer service or efficiency. Their delivery couriers do not abide by the ETA time provided on the app and nor does customer service respond within a timely manner. You constantly go back and forth with BOTS on the chat which have no understanding of your issue other than the set of data it recognises. DELETED AND TO NEVER BE USED. Please dont ask for my contact details to rectify, you have had many chances to but selected a BOT to handle your customer relations.

Second time getir didnt deliver my order but took my money.
They cant be reached, thuisbezorgd cant be reached.

I use the service regularly and have been a huge fan.

Unfortunately recently the quality has dipped significantly. I'm using it in its original location, istanbul.

I made a giant order of 2000 TL because there was a 500 TL discount coupon. I wanted some toilet paper for the guests that I had over, and added a toilet paper (300 TL original price, 212 after discount).

Then I filled my cart with a lot of other stuff to get to 2000 TL just for the coupon. I submit the order, everything is delivered except the toilet paper.

Now I contact the support through the app, tell them the situation. They tell me that they can refund the money and because that'd bring the balance below 2000 TL, the coupon will be cancelled. So instead of receiving a 212 TL refund, I'd basically be paying more for a refund on a missing item product that was the main part of my order.

I said no thanks, just deliver the item. They said ok. They didn't deliver it.

Contacted support again the next day, saying the same song and dance. They said will deliver, did not deliver.

I contact support again the next day. At this point, me contacting support and sitting on my phone trying to chat is worth a lot more than 500 TL to me, but I'm just testing the service. They escalated to a supervisor. Note that chat is in English, but someone calls me in Turkish. I tell them I speak English, they say someone else will call. Nobody calls.

The next day I contact support again, telling them SPECIFICALLY that I do not want a refund, but the product. They escalate. Someone calls, again in Turkish. I barely speak and tell them I don't want a refund, but the product. Nothing happens.

Today I get an email that they issued a refund!!!!

I am not using Getir anymore. Lots of other competitive services with better quality available these days. This company is going downhill fast.

Hab für die gearbeitet. Kommen nach Deutschland und denken sie können ihre Mitarbeiter wie in der Türkei behandeln.
TK Ware ist stets mehrmals an- oder aufgetaut. Kein Wunder, im Store selbst bleiben Lieferungen oft Stunden stehen weil sie Stellen streichen. Da sie auch bei den Ridern sparen bleiben Bestellungen oft für 30-60 Minuten auf dem Regal liegen bevor sie der Rider mit 4 weiteren Bestellungen ausliefern darf.
Bei Gorillas hat der Algorithmus wenigstens Bestellungen in der gleichen Richtung zusammengefasst, bei Getir fährt der Rider erst nach Süden, dann nach Norden, dann in den Westen.
Kein Wunder dass Flink gewinnen wird.
