This company really does a good job, comes up with solutions to your debt problems and its fees are less than so many other similar companies! Thoroughly recommend them.

We contacted In Control when our finances became out of control and difficult to handle. They took control of our debts and contacted all of our debtors and whenever we received a letter from a debtor threatening us In Control instructed us to forward the letter to them and they then dealt with it.

They took all of the stress away from us and were always very helpful and supportive.

Found this company on the internet whilst I was struggling to pay all my credit cards etc. One phone call and few simple forms to fill out and it was left in thir hands.

It was sorted really quickly and the level of personal treatment you get from your case manager is amazing. They are all very friendly, professional and non judgemental.

Any problems you just ring your case manager and they sort it and even rings you to let you know its been sorted.

I found the whole experience totally stress free once in control took over everything.

I loved the workings of this company, very thing I requested was done by the upper most professionalism.

I'm really happy in control wrote to me to offer help for my financial situation. Although my debt wasn't a huge amount I was finding it difficult to manage the situation and was defaulting on numerous accounts which was beginning to add up. From the first contact I was designated my own assistant who gave me a handy tool to monitor my incomings and outgoings. An affordable payment plan was then set up which was to be paid monthly for the next 3 years. I was emailed a summary every month and regular emails sent to me to inform me when creditors had been satisfied. I often emailed to find out how long I had left of my payment plan and was always replied to promptly. The staff where extremely helpful and non judgemental. I would recommend the company to anyone who is struggling to manage their debts. I am so much happier now to not be receiving red letters through the post and looking forward to improving my credit rating to hopefully apply for a mortgage in the next couple of years. Without in control debt solutions this would never be an option... Thankyou!

my case worker was so no e to work with,and even after finally settling my accounts,she worked extra hard to find that I had actually over paid one account by a large amount and quickly retrieved it which I soon received a cheque I'm the post.brilliant..thank you for getting me back on track .

I was a bit sceptical when looking for a company to take on the debts for us and help us to control our finance problems. I was also told by others that I could get a free service to do the same job. However for the small fee which we paid monthly we have had superb service throughout and that is even having had 3 separate account managers over the time they have been helping us. The stress of trying to control the payments to companies and clear our debts made me mentally ill and I knew I could no longer cope with the situation and my husband who had also been ill was then too busy working all hours to deal with it. Taking it to In control was the best thing we ever did and they have worked very hard for us taking all the stress out of it for us. We can't thank them enough for what they have done and recommend them to anyone who needs to sort debts out.

Right from the word go In Control has given me great peace of mind. I was burying my head in the sand with my debt hope they would go away, but when I got over my ego and got in contact with In Control I felt far from stupid. They explained everything clearly and nothing as no much trouble. They deal with everything and I don’t have to worry every time my phone rings.
