The unit I ordered arrived on time. However, it seemed to have been sourced from Japan or China. When I first turned it on I could not make sense of it, even to change the language to English. It was indecipherable. Fortunately a quick call to Blackmagic in Melbourne sorted out the problem. Other than that I am completely happy with your service. Cheers. L

I ordered a Peak Design wrist strap which was in stock at the Chatswood store. Received the order confirmation email immediately. Late in the evening an order ready for collection email was received. I collected the item at 9.30 am next day. I was served by Ollie Jones at the entrance counter. Overall service and response was excellent.

I came in to ask a few questions about lighting and learn what my options were for a few different style jobs. He offered me a great price, a great solution on a travel speedlight that has been powerful enough to use off camera and when a small item wasnt available instore he helped me come up with a solution so i could travel the next day. I have since done the job and the item worked perfect. Thanks!!

Ordered a camera with express shipping that they advertised as in stock. One week passes and I enquire about my order, they told me that I needed to prove that my transaction was legitimate as a security check - a "security check" on George's side mind you; not the bank (they did not contact me about this, I had to go to them to discover the status). Once that was done, another week passes so I inquire again, and they inform me that the camera is out of stock and is awaiting notice from their supplier. So at this point they've falsely advertised that the camera was in stock, which was the whole reason I decided to buy from them. They also do not honour you purchasing express shipping. I'm in the process of obtaining a refund from them. Be **extremely** careful before considering these guys. They falsely advertise that cameras are in stock, and don't update you about anything like security checks.

I'm very satisfied with the product and the process of buying my camera. I received very fast and everything It was perfect.
