Came within 2.5 hours

Replaced a compression joint that had been leaking for a long time and eventually come apart altogether, a small fault but one that had required water to the building to be shut off in a big hurry, leaving it bathless and bogless.

All done cheerfully in a short time, including cleaning up the mess left by the water which had been leaking for a long time.

Geo Gas really did go above and beyond on a recent install for us. Would recommend 100%. They stayed until very late and ensured everything was complete before leaving.

Aaron and his team did a wonderful job from start to finish. Our old boiler had broken and they came to look at it quickly. We needed a new boiler and were given quotes the same day which meant we could make a decision and book them in promptly. The work was carried out professionally and cheerfully, despite the boiler being awkwardly placed in our loft space. Time was taken afterwards to explain how to program our new boiler and everything was tidied up and the rubbish taken away. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Geo Gas and we will continue to use their services in future.

We had no hot water on a Friday night and left a message for Aaron who came to us first thing Saturday morning, beyond the call of duty really . He fixed a complicated hot tank plumbing problem in a matter of minutes, charged us a very reasonable amount and was thoroughly charming. We couldn't recommend Geo strongly enough.

With a member of the family just home after a long stint in hospital, it was almost predictable that our ageing boiler would expire simultaneously. And on a Friday to boot. We tried a large company for a chance of getting a next day fitting but 'computer said no'. Thank goodness for smaller independents who will customise their service according to customer needs and that's exactly what Geo Gas Services did. We contacted Aaron and, he confirmed the reliability and efficiency of the boiler we had narrowed down to. What's more, he and his team pulled out all stops to supply and fit a new one on the next day, Saturday. By the end of the Saturday we were all up and running (despite the team finding a gas leak which required a visit from a Gas Board Engineer to carry out checks that it was sorted, and replace the meter). So not an easy job but all carried out with efficiency and professionalism by this company. This was followed by a second, brief visit to check everything was working smoothly and we understood the controls. Highly recommend this company if you want proper, tailored, customer service carried out by people who care. Thank you Aaron and team.

Turned up to do a gas safety inspection. Did the leak test on the gas supply pipe, found it unsafe and shut the gas supply to the property, so people were left there without hot water and central heating. Then they wasted a week before they could finally turn up and install the new gas supply pipe to the property. The job was done fine, but this was not a great example of how to respond in home emergency situations.

Aaron is such a find. He was recommended to me by a friend. He came within a couple of hours of my first call. My new boiler was installed within 3 days. His engineer forgot to set the timer but Aaron came straight away to rectify the mistake.
I would have no hesitation in recommending him..
