Disappointed with item
Received my necklace( mermaids tail in flame Amber )very disappointed as no shine to it and seemed to have a residue on the front which made it look dull the back of pendant was shiny like Amber should be I called customer service and they said to return and they will check it and send a replacement if faulty,I had to pay to return item at a cost of almost £10 as had to insure it with it costing £99 ,I expecting to get my postage refunded

MenoMy Smooth and Lift Serum (with 1x eye cream)
I purchased this set some time ago but only started using it recently over the summer. I was really looking forward to trying it, as it initially looked very promising. Unfortunately, I have found the cream quite disappointing.
My skin is not particularly dry; it is more combination, yet I find that this cream actually leaves my skin feeling dry. I have never experienced this with any of the other skincare products I have used. I also don’t find it particularly moisturising and have had to layer it with my usual products to provide the hydration my skin needs.
The eye cream is okay, but again, I don’t find it particularly moisturising.
Overall, I am disappointed with the set, especially as I purchased it from a TV auction at full price, only to discover that within a month it was being offered on line at almost half the price. I contacted customer services about this, but unfortunately was advised that you do not offer price matching.
Given the experience, I feel quite disappointed with both the products and the value for money.
