DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. They take the money, then nothing. After a week they tell me it is not in stock and 3 weeks for a refund. And that is with me calling them repeatedly - they would not even have told me. Currently going through the DED reporting process.

We bought a PS5 game (19/12) for Christmas.
When we open the blister (01/01 because the person was on leave) , there was no cd inside.
Of course we came back to the store. The guy, very disrespectful told us he can't do nothing because we don't have proof. How could we have? Except open everything on the store.
We will buy to Fnac, Virgin or other places but we will never come back to this store.
Pre order is a joke
I never had a successful pre-order with Geekay. Every single pre order i make is either delayed or cancelled. I always keep sending email first before it will be sent to me. My last straw was the pre order for the Last of us Yooutooz. Until now i haven’t receive my pre order and they are now out of stock (as per the Geekay app) No emails or whatsoever.

I want inside the landmark Geekay I saw an Arabic man. I don’t know if he’s Muslim, but he talks Arabic me and my friend and my brother went in and store was filled with cool stuff. That’s why we came in so my friend bought something from the collection of the stranger things we went to the cashier. We asked how much was a stand for an PS5 controller. He ignored us so later, my brother returned it so my friend told him bring it back. I’m gonna ask him so I asked him again and he ignored us so I asked him how can I review? How can I do that review he ignored us and this is not the first time it’s the second time and the same worker the first time I went with my friend only we went to pay and the worker said I’m not scared of you. We were like it’s fine. It’s not a bad word but his attitude showed that it’s like a bad word and later like after two minutes, he said I don’t want to talk to disgusting people. We were in shocked. so my friend bought something I left please do something. I don’t know his name and I don’t know the. Order number please do something this attitude doesn’t come out while customers are here let that man think if that attitude was with someone and someone was talking to him. How would he feel ask that man ask him? I don’t know if you know him he has black hair he’s a bit tall please talk to him. Sorry if the review is a bit disappointing but I’m being honest.
A Masterclass in How Not to Treat Customers
I ordered a PlayStation 5 Digital Edition Console – FC 26 Bundle on 24 November 2025 and paid AED 1,299 upfront. For 10 full days, there was zero update—no shipping status, no delay notice, nothing. The order didn’t even appear on their website (only on the app), customer care calls wouldn’t connect, and WhatsApp support is “not available in the UAE.” Very convenient.
After I sent an angry follow-up email on 2 December, instead of replying, Geekay casually sent a cancellation email on 3 December saying the product was “Out of Stock.” So they happily took my money, blocked me from buying elsewhere, and then informed me 10 days later that they never had the product to begin with.
Refund? Another joke. I was told it would take at least 7 days, and as of 15 December, I still haven’t received my money. That’s nearly one full month of them holding my funds, interest-free, with no accountability. Only after repeatedly calling did they say, “It will reflect in 2 days.” I’ll believe it when I see it.
This is not bad service—this is unethical business practice. If an item is out of stock, don’t take prepaid orders. If you take money, communicate. If you cancel, refund immediately. Because of Geekay’s incompetence, I lost my chance to buy the console elsewhere during the offer period.
My team and I literally joke, “What will go wrong this time with Geekay?”—and once again, they delivered disappointment perfectly. Avoid if you value your money, time, or sanity.

I strongly advise against buying…
I strongly advise against buying Pokémon products from Geekay. Their pricing practices are outrageous and misleading. They sell Checklane blister packs for 80 AED and Mega Dream EX booster bundles for 1290 AED, which is absurdly above the normal retail price and far beyond even reselling prices.
They justify these prices with “mandatory bundles,” but these bundles are nothing more than cheap, worthless items like plastic water bottles, low-quality coasters, and unofficial sleeves. These items do not come close to justifying the massive price inflation. Often, customers are not informed about the bundles in advance, and sometimes the store doesn’t even have them, making it obvious that the company is deliberately trying to confuse or mislead buyers.
This is an incredibly scummy business practice. It is misleading, non-transparent, and may very well violate UAE consumer protection laws. Customers should have the right to purchase products at fair, clear prices without being tricked into paying hundreds of dirhams for worthless extras. Geekay is abusing trust and exploiting customers, and this behavior should be publicly exposed and corrected immediately.
Do not waste your money here — you are paying for overpriced cards and being deceived with junk “bundles.”

Geekay.com did not fulfill my order. They list it on their website but after ordering and paying online, they say they do not have stock, so why list it? You are being scammed into keeping your money in their account. There are fake listings on their websites; they do not have any items in stock. Make sure you don't believe the website and don't get into trouble.
