Purchased a B grade McGregor lawnmower at a very reasonable price. It was delivered well within the specified time. On examination it was all complete, just a few cosmetic scuffs. Well satisfied. Will definitely buy from GED again.

Scooter we received was clearly used and damaged. Box was absolutely battered. No apology, just instructions for a return.

We're very sorry to hear that the condition of the scooter didn’t meet your expectations. We completely understand how disappointing this must have been.
Just to clarify, the item you purchased was sold as a B Grade refurbished product, which is reflected in the listing. These items may show signs of previous use and can arrive in damaged or plain packaging, but they are fully tested and come with a 12-month warranty. That said, we’re sorry if this wasn’t made clear to you.
We’re glad we could process your return and issue a full refund quickly, within 4 days of your request. We appreciate you taking the time to return the item.
Thanks again for your feedback, and we’ll continue working to improve both communication and customer experience.
Kind regards,
Naidine
Product was not clearly advertised as Refurbished
Product was not clearly advertised as being refurbished!
Even though the product was refurbished it was in unsatisfactory condition- dirty, scuffed & the main body was held together with 4 tape strips.

We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with your order. It appears there was some confusion regarding the product listing, which clearly stated the item was refurbished and not brand new, as you mentioned in your email. We had already been in touch prior to this review to clarify this and provided free return instructions. Once the item is received back, a full refund will be processed. We understand the timing was difficult and regret the inconvenience this caused ahead of your holiday.

Disappointing experience
Disappointing experience. Faulty lawnmower, no apology until prompted, and a lengthy returns process that I had to organise with the delivery company.
** In response to your reply, this is incorrect. I had to arrange the return as a date had not been organised by yourselves. Only the return had been initiated, confirmed by Fed Ex themselves.
The refund took 9 days to complete, not within a week, which for a lawnmower that bellowed smoke on start up, feels to me to be longer than it should have been.***

We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with your order. We really appreciated your friendly and understanding messages, and we responded in kind to resolve things as smoothly as possible. From the initial report to arranging collection, receiving the return, and issuing a full refund — everything was completed in less than a week. The FedEx collection was fully arranged on your behalf, with just the label to print and attach. While we're sorry the product didn’t meet expectations, we’re glad we could resolve the matter quickly and thank you again for your cooperation throughout.

Easy to order and at a good price
Easy to order and at a good price, Fan was as described, delivered promptly with email and sms advisories. The Duux fan is suburb and a perfect fan for bedrooms as it oscillates both horizontally and vertically with multiple fan speeds and is near silent.

I purchased a pressure washer from this company for a Christmas present from my wife to myself. I checked the box on delivery and all looked great . Went to use it a few weeks ago as weather changed to find it did not even work at all .
I contacted them and they eventually sent out a replacement that looked like it was a pile of junk .
I contacted them for a replacement and they did not want to know .
They would not do nothing about it. Terrible customer service and now I am stuck with a pile of junk .

We're disappointed by this review, especially given the full context. The item was purchased in November 2024 and reported as faulty in March 2025 — over three months later. Despite this, we honoured our warranty and sent a like-for-like replacement, clearly marked as B-grade, in line with the original listing.
We responded promptly at every stage and continued to offer support. When the matter was escalated through your bank, the chargeback was reviewed and resolved in our favour — confirming that we had acted fairly and within policy. The replacement item remains under warranty, and we’re still available should you wish to resolve things properly.
