Dimplex tubular heater was faulty and only one day left on years warranty. I was sent a replacement after sending an email explaining the situation.

Cannot fault customer service.

Rang to register my Dimplex Fire, guy on the phone was nice enough until I told him I didn't want an extended warranty. Then he was abrupt blurting out my guarantee code and hanging up as I asked him to repeat it. Shocking service.

Recently bought a Xpelair extraction fan. There was a problem with the timer module and when I contacted the Customer Support Team everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. Their brilliant service and support as they patently and kindly fielded my concerns enabled the problem to be sorted. The fan is now installed giving excellent, quiet performance. Highly recommended.

This company is shocking and should be avoided at all costs. Will be taking my case further with trading standards. They supplied a wall hung panel heater 18 months ago which is now faulty but they have discontinued this product now so replaced it with a floor standing unit which is obviously not fit for purpose. Refusing to supply me with a wall hung unit now and will not budge. Avoid these people and go with better mmanufacturers for peace of mind.

Have a tea urn and just want a simple bit of information but, no chance. Don't waste your time asking for info.

I recently made a guarantee claim on a creda storage heater (a brand owned by the GDHV parent company).

An engineer visit was arranged, and confirmed to me two days before hand. Unfortunately it was a no-show, and I have heard nothing subsequently.

I have had no answers to emails, and end up on hold if I try to call them.

Terrible customer service, and would definitely not buy any of their products again.

What's the point of having contact phone numbers when they just do not answer them.

My Valour inspire fire suddenly stopped working after 15months.Contacted GDHV who after numerous calls sent a part via post without having someone check the fire.1 month after first contact an engineer came to fix the fire but had never seen a fire like mine before. Long story short he couldn,t fix it and also damaged a seal so could not use the fire anyway. GDHV sent another part (same one) and another engineer a month later, fire was fixed guess what all it needed was the remote re programming in. Three months for this. But still waiting for the seal to be replaced.The company were full of promises but very very bad on customer care.

For four months I have tried to get our Redring shower unit repaired under warranty. Their customer service is the worst I've ever come across and the constant excuses seem to be the Covid crisis. I fully understand that they're operating with limited manpower, however, a call-back would be polite. On five occasions they have promised to call me back but I've never had a call-back.... I've now had my own plumber come and fix it (in one day!) but have had to pay for something that should have been free of charge. Perhaps the GDHV would like to pay for these expenses? Don't ever use this company if you can avoid it...

Cant understand all the negatives, needed a replacement remote for a fire for a customer, the supplier was no help at all, Dimplex on the other hand where fantastic, Jenny was so helpful even though it wasn't their issue, i have been waiting 5 months from my supplier yet Jenny is sending me one by carrier straight away (at no charge, as i was willing to pay) i was even given a tracking number for the delivery, i can't thank her enough. 5 star all the way for me.

My Dimplex airsource heatpump is failing every year again. The only feedback from Dimplex is 'maintenance required' which is already done.
They refuse to acknowledge the returning problem, take ownership and we're therefore left in the cold year after year.

What a disgrace this company is. I asked for help/advice on one of their Valour Dream gasfires that I own. They weren’t interested in helping. Zero for after sales customer service.

I have seen the other reviews but I cannot believe its the same company i am talking about. My instant hot water tap come boiler sprang a leak after it was out of warranty by 6 months. I contacted customer services by email and they could not have been more helpful. new parts were supplied free of charge and when this did not solve the problem the whole unit was replaced free of charge as a goodwill gesture. During the whole process my emails were answered promptly and courteously and in the only phone call I made i was dealt with very professionally.

GDHV are quite the most rubbish company I have ever had the misfortune to have to deal with. Their customer service dept is actually disservice dept. They do not answer the phone, if and when they finally do they never follow up. I’ve literally spent hours and hours holding trying to get under warranty items replaced. They should be avoided like the plague.

Total lack of care, bought an Xpelair fan via Amazon, when it arrived the manufacturers box had been previously opened, checking the content, no packaging, just a plastic bag, the fan had gouge marks local to the tabs, obviously been used or tried.
Completed the online process, no response, took three phone calls to then be told, send it back to Amazon, yet the yellow label stuck inside the box asks you to phone GDHV. Customer services just not interested.

I have a problem with a Brazilia F8S gas fire, and tried to contact the manufacturer. They do not answer the phone, they do not reply to e-mails, and my letter to the head of customer services was ignored. For such a big company they act appallingly, but they seem to have a virtual monopoly on heating appliances. Their behaviour is shameful.

We have been trying to contact this company, who are unfortunately the ones we need to fix a Dimplex electric fire which is still under manufacturers guarantee, since 16th October. We have called 3 times however we have yet to have a call answered, all 3 times we waited half an hour on the line. During this time we filled out their online form with the breakdown details, their auto response confirms they will aim to get back to you within 3 days however don't hold your breath. Our fire will be out of the guarantee shortly which is when they will probably respond no doubt.
