Complete waste of money. in 3 years @ 260 euro's a year per trademark for a monitoring service that yielded zero communication from them to inform us of any trademarks being registered of a similar nature. Just don't bother with this over inflated service cost. They also just roll this service over each year hoping that you just keep paying for it. Very disappointing and I wouldn't recommend at all.

I used GCS-Global Brands to register my business trademark on the 22nd of November 2024. A special thanks to Mona Muse you’re a big asset to your company very knowledgeable professional and friendly.

Glenn and the team made this such an easy experience! Not only did Glenn offer me ideas on the most efficient way to get the trademark through without any hurdles but they also offered me financial support to pay over time. Great service, continuously updating me with the progress and they just made it super easy to work everything through. Would highly recommend!!!!

Una persona umile, rispettosa, sempre disponibile che è riuscita ad accompagnarmi in questo progetto meglio di come chiunque altro avrebbe fatto. Era sempre disponibile, anche al di fuori del turno lavorativo. Più volte mi sono sentito in colpa per averlo disturbato, ma lui mi ha fatto sempre sentire a mio agio. Ci sarebbero molte cose da scrivere, ma loro sanno già tutto sono felice di essermi affidato a loro per un progetto che altrimenti non avrei mai portato avanti, spero di poter contare su di loro in futuro anche per eventuali assistenze legali dovute al marchio. non lascio mai recensioni, ma questa volta è più che meritata. I did not go with GCS brands due to their incredibly rude staff or whoever it was that called me. As soon as a i said I will not want to be going with their service, he started being incredibly rude and didn’t say thank you for your time or anything like any profesional customer service team would do.

Awful manners, I’ve also read that their pricing is terrible in comparison to other companies which offer the same or even better service. And most importantly are a lot more customer focused!!! And aren’t rude to their customers when they decide not to go with their service, if you decide not to go with their service be prepared for them to be rude to you.

GCS Brands were fantastic. I was completely new and inexperienced when I purchase my trademark, Glenn was very patient in explaining everything to me and made the whole process extremely easy. 10/10, excellent service.

Absolutely great service! I've never had to trademark a product before and Glenn made the process easy. All my questions were answered and the monitoring service did protect my brand on two occasions within the first 12 months. I was very pleased with that. "You get what you pay for."

I was a little apprehensive with this being an online submission, it all seemed a bit too easy and simple to be true, but I can confirm that all the work needed to trademark my brand has been carried out, with friendly communication. If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with GCS has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I engaged their services to obtain a trademark for my business and it turned out to be one of the worst decisions I've made as a business owner.

Firstly, their pricing was ridiculous. I was promised top-notch service and expertise by the typical salesman G I, only for them to deliver subpar results that any amateur could have achieved.

I had to constantly chase for updates, was not informed of the opposition against my trademark and when I asked what my next steps are G told me 'there's not much we can do really'. I raised a complaint with L G in January 2024 who responded with 'Please give me some time and patience to investigate this', I have heard nothing. I called G and was accused of being abusive because I merely stated he tells lies and is crap at his job, which is a fact. My emails since have been unanswered and it seemed like once they got their money, they couldn't care less about their clients.

I trusted them to handle a crucial aspect of my business and they not only failed miserably but also left me to deal with the fallout on my own unless I wanted to pay them more money. I am now left with no choice but to take legal action against them as they are not willing to try and resolve things amicably.

Save yourself the headache and avoid GCS at all costs. They are nothing but a scam, preying on unsuspecting individuals who trust them with their business needs.

Take your business elsewhere, somewhere that actually values their clients and knows how to do their job competently.
