The Garmentory makes shopping boutiques in other states and countries a breeze! There is a great selection of items and sizes. Additionally, it exposes me to new boutiques.

Garmentory has an awesome selection of brands and clothing pieces to suit any style! I found their prices to be the most competitive, and they frequently offer sales that are not found elsewhere. Their UI is very convenient to use and helped me explore and compare other garments with ease. The shipping times and cost were reasonable enough!

Purchased some items from a "boutique" that was located, apparently, in Los Angeles. When my items were listed as shipped, I checked the location of the package to find that its origin was China. When I looked more into this "boutique," I couldn't find any evidence it was a small business (it offered drop shipping and wholesale opportunities on its website and didn't offer any possibility of returns) or that it was located in Los Angeles at all. The about page used a lot of greenwashing language with typos and probably some AI generated language. Angry comments on the store's Instagram complained of items not matching description. I got catfished by a Shein/Alibaba type website, and when I contacted Garmentory about it, they told me the boutique just ships from its warehouse in China, and hopefully that "helps clear things up." No opportunity to cancel the order or get any sort of refund for a return. Garmentory talks a big game about supporting small businesses and indie designers, but their platform has clearly been infiltrated by unethical and dishonest companies. This "boutique" - inspecial home - even said it is women owned and lgbtqia+ owned... yeah right. Really disappointed by the lies and by Garmentory's support of the lies. Double check that the boutiques you are supporting on their platform are legit before you buy. Now I spent $150 on cheap towels I could probably have shamefully found on temu for $10.

The clothing came really quickly, and the quality was excellent, and the items fit perfectly. The items I wanted were on sale, which was a bonus. The only downside was that I had to pay $10 for even the possibility of returning the items, as well as shipping. However, overall great experience, and I would come back for more items.

I ordered some pricey t-shirts from Garmentory, which never arrived. When I informed them I had not received the order, it took them three weeks to submit a claim to the shipper (UPS) and did so only after I specifically insisted. And this is after they charged extra for “shipping insurance.” They now say they will only give a refund if the shipper approves the claim. It’s been 5 weeks with the charge in my credit card with no merchandise to show for it and likely no refund coming. Completely unacceptable.

I was searching for a specific item on Google and found the item via Garmentory. I liked having the security of free returns in case it didn’t fit, and the item shipped quickly. I also discovered a new small business that I otherwise wouldn’t have found! Easy, seamless shopping experience.
