I ordered the incorrect size accidentally and requested an exchange. The item was listed as final sale on garmentory with the exception " Exchanges are subject to each boutique's unique policy and item availability”
The store's policy is "We will gladly accept returns or exchanges on unworn items with original boxes and tags within 7 days of delivery." Garmentory refuses to honor the exchange or answer my questions.

What an absolute NIGHTMARE of a return policy!!! It's the exact opposite of easy on customers! To not have the payment easily returned to the card used for the purchase and instead the only UNACCEPTABLE so-called options are PayPal, venmo, or direct deposit, is a cruel joke!!! This is my first and 100% last time ever ordering from this horrible nightmare of a company ever again!! Buyers beware!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with Garmentory. I purchased a shirt for my sons birthday for $183 and paid $15 for shipping at checkout. However, before the package would be delivered by DHL, I was required to pay an additional $67.25 in customs and import duties before I could receive it.
The company states that customers must acknowledge these additional charges and check a box before placing an order, but I never saw any such disclosure or checkbox during checkout. Had I been clearly informed of these substantial extra fees, I would have reconsidered my purchase.
Unexpected charges totaling over $70 beyond the advertised shipping cost left me feeling misled and frustrated. Transparency about international shipping costs and import duties is essential, and my experience fell far short of that expectation. I would not purchase from this company again. Also, customer service is lacking and I will repeat I would NEVER purchase from this company again!

They have great customer service - responsive, professional, friendly. The website is easy to navigate and has a well-curated collection that is enjoyable to shop! I appreciate their sorting functions too.

Whether you ultimately find what you're looking for or not, Garmentory is easy to search, filter, hunt for what you have in mind- which makes for a great shopping experience. The act of shopping smaller indie boutiques helps me sleep at night too ;)
During my most recent visit, I was searching for a bright colorful dress and cute little heels to wear to a wedding- and I found both, huzzah!

Literally no one will get back to me about an order I placed that was not shipped out. Their chatbot is literally the worst and no one is monitoring the chatbot or text messages. This is not acceptable. Will not purchase from here again. Do not recommend.
