Garmentory is just a lazy ass aggregator with a nice curatorial eye for clothes, but if something goes missing you’re on your own. They don’t return emails or texts when there’s a problem. Occasionally you get a tracking number. You have to buy insurance for your package and if something goes missing you’re spending hours on emails and filling out form, etc.

It came in promptly the box, the thank you note. The shoes were sleek and just perfect.

Garmentory connects me to clothing designers and boutiques from the United States, Canada, Mexico and Europe. Recently I bought an organic cotton top from Eve Gravel in Montreal. It was made under fair-trade conditions using sustainable materials, and it's beautiful: it reminds me of fabrics that were available in the late 1940's - colorful, subtle, elegant.

Garmentory is my favorite place to shop! They not only have all the brands I already love, but there's always something new to discover. Additionally, shipping has always been quick and easy. I tell all my friends about Garmentory and they love it too!

Had an awful experience shopping with Garmentory. The item I purchased did not work out and I notified them of my desire to return the item within their return policy period. I had come down with an illness and sent the item out a week after notifying the merchant. However, they were unwilling to refund me the item. Now they are in possession of both the returned item and my money. It was a large purchase for me and so now I have been left extremely frustrated and upset. You can often find items offered by Garmentory on sites such as Mr. Porter, SSENSE, or any other large department store (which all offer easy and hassle free returns). I would hate for anyone else to have to go through a similar type of trouble. Please make your purchases elsewhere.

Ordered my item on 12/18, didn't ship until 12/30. Their shipping is absolutely atrocious, would never order from these people.
