I placed an order, the goods didn't arrive next day causing me great inconvenience. I entered into numerous emails and their customer service is non existent. I won't be using this company again.

I had a fairly old lawnmower that needed it's blade replacing. Found these guys on eBay that sold the part for half the price of most sellers! Same day dispatch and received within two working days. Part itself seemed better quality than the original. Absolutely cannot fault them. Thank you so much!

I had a problem with my Honda lawn tractor and I telephoned Gardenhirespares for advice. One of their staff (Andy) took my call. He was extremely helpful and needed more info. He suggested I call back. When I did he had already found all the info and promptly emailed the diagrams I needed. The Company made no money from this transaction but earned my respect for their politeness and knowledge.

Fast and efficient supplier of parts to Norway for my Husqvarna 343F Cleaning saw all parts of the Fit

Bought 2 gaskets..one was fine but the other was undersized and irregular shape..customer service with an attitude questioned why I was complaining...NO apologies or even courteous manor...APPALLING...Will take any further business elsewhere .

Bought a replacement blade for my hedge trimmer and found that it did not fit as stated

Excellent product at an affordable price. Arrived promptly and fitted without a problem - Highly recommended supplier.

I ordered Stihl cut off saw recoil springs twice as I may have got the first order wrong. The thing that is wrong is that the parts don't fit at all, are of the same, wrong size and don't match the original part which is slightly smaller in circumference. I got a response for the first order complaint but they have now appeared to have ignored my second order complaint. They are selling goods that are of no use.

Every time I order from them the part is correct and arrives fast. good pricing perfect service every time.

paid for spares, everything seemed ok until they didnt arrive. i checked the post office tracker and it says it had been delivered,but not to me it wasnt. emailed the store and got no help whatsoever they just said get in touch with post office. GREAT customer service, im just lucky i didnt spend a lot of money. wouldnt use again

Have now used this company on two occasions and cannot fault them. Honest, reliable with good customer service. Dealt with by Steven and Bob who were both very efficient. Would recommend.
