Excellent product, very fast delivery and great customer service.

Excellent customer service team, highly delighted with my greenhouse which arrived within 7 days. All components were delivered only one handle damaged but after ringing customer service a new part arrived within 2 days. Thank you, I would not hesitate to recommend - perfect👍

I looked at various different companies selling simulator products and felt that Access garden products look much better. The construction is extremely good, the frame is sturdy and I liked the additional options to build it to your needs.

I was contacted prior to dispatch to ask about where it could be left and this information was given to the delivery company. Quick dispatch and delivery.

Some of the instructions could have been slightly better in regards to the pictures showing a different pattern of holes, but we got there in the end.

Overall very pleased with my new cold frame, I would recommend Access Garden Products and would use them again.

Having purchased a value mini lean to greenhouse, we were informed of a delivery schedule and kept updated throughout. It arrived in good order and the assembly instructions were precise and easy to follow. After some weeks one of the top sliding panels was broken (by me!) and I telephoned about a replacement. The lovely lady at Access at first suggested I call a local glazier as they only send packs of 3 replacement frames, to reduce the risk of breakage in transit. I did this and found that local people wanted almost as much for one pane as Access quoted for three. I now have my replacement roof pane and two more in reserve if I'm as clumsy again! I highly recommend Access, both for their product and their back up service.

I cannot praise highly enough the service I have received from Access. I have had my Hampton glasshouse for over ten years now and it continues to give pleasure. Several times I have needed to replace various bits which got broken or damaged and my requests for help have always been answered quickly and efficiently. It seems every part can be identified and sent out to arrive within days of requesting it. Superb customer service - thank you Kayleigh and the whole team.

This Business is very efficient at what it does and is extremely customer focused. The whole process of ordering the growhouse was easy and delivery was quick. The product appears robust and was very well packaged with all parts and accessories present. Instructions for installation were very good to some Instructions that I have read. Send for the catalogue, you wouldn't be disappointed!

Access provided excellent customer focused service both for the original product sale and later when, after an accident with a glass door, a replacement was provided in 24 hours. Superb support and cannot recommend Access Garden Products highly enough. Many thanks.

Really pleased with item and service. Really comprehensive instructions with extra little notes for the odd little questions you may be thinking as you are building it! Good to have the pictures for when you're not quite sure if it looks right! It did take longer to build than we anticipated, probably about 4 hours but well worth it.
I would recommend this company and the products.

We ordered a growhouse and wooden base and delivery was fine.
Unfortunately the first piece of glass we tried to fit shattered whilst it was being handled which wasn’t a great experience and it took a long time to clear up the mess. Customer services were very good and arranged to have replacement glass sent out saying glass had probably been damaged in transit.
This product takes a LOT of self assembly and whilst we are able to build the frame (fiddly and time consuming), neither of us is willing to fit the glass ourselves and tbh both feel there is a strong possibility there will be more breakages (the shattered glass was a nightmare to clear up) so getting a handyman to do it for us just seems to prolong the bad experience.
We built the raised bed base and whilst it is ok, it doesn’t really fit together very neatly so am kind of disappointed with that as well.
I would be the first to admit that we aren’t the most proficient DIYers but we have never been defeated by self assembly items projects before. We should have enquired about level of competence required before buying it. I didn’t see any guidance on the website or in the brochure so just wanted others to be forewarned.
A very expensive bad experience

Had a discount code from Gardeners World for free delivery and a set of shelf coverings. Contacted customer services who were quick, polite and answered my questions. Ordered on Friday it was despatched the following Friday, delivered and almost built on Monday.

The growhouse looks to be well built, so far has been really easy to build, took 2-3 hours to build the frame and check its square.

Why 4 stars XPD the delivery courier ignored my request to leave the product around the back and instead left it propped up against my gate- even cleared a spot for it to go and I’m glad I got the delivery free. If anything is broken your covered for a replacement.

I’ve just finished fitting the deluxe upgrades to the frame, and I’m not too pleased, I though the misting kit was fitted with metal brackets not some stick on plastic, I’ve looked on the website it clearly shows the misting nozzle held in place with a metal bracket.(they have now noted that a metal bracket is not used to fit the misting kit on my 4ft growhouse). There is also no instructions on why there’s 2 extra handles compared to the supplied 4 short handle but I watched the YouTube videos for their premium and worked it out, I think the deluxe kit is not worth the money £109 and would be able to source the parts for cheaper as mentioned above I would have been fuming had I paid £34 delivery.

My recommendation is get the basic greenhouse (5 star product- instructions are clear concise, packed well, all the bolts are labelled) don’t pay for the upgrade kit (3 star product - overpriced) ACCESS Garden Product customer services is really good, polite and prompt responses to enquiries, quick despatch, let down by couriers quality of service so wait for free delivery code.

The customer services is absolutely outstanding, one of the glass panels ‘exploded’ while I was trying to install it, contacted them to order another pane and a door handle as it was full of glass bits, sent out a new pack of glass and door handle next day. (5 star customer service)

We ordered our greenhouse on line and the responses were really quick and we were our delivery tracking information. Unfortunately the courier company XPD left a lot to be desired and the greenhouse arrived 3 days later than promised. Having said that it has taken us a day to construct it and install it. Very clear instructions, not a piece missing and all glass intact. It really is a nice piece of kit and we would recommend this company to anyone. Just ditch the couriers and it would be a 5 star experience.

Excellent quality, sturdy aluminium frame, all parts fit nicely. It took much longer than expected to assemble, especially the automatic louvre panel. Well packed and delivered, options exact as ordered. But definitely not cheap.

Great product and the sales staff were helpful all the way through the process

The product is first class but unfortunately the delivery was extremely poor. While the company use XDP courier I am afraid I won’t order from them again. Such a pity because otherwise I would have given five stars.

Very well thought-out and clever design. Solid construction. Set aside a few hours to enjoy the step by step assembly! Then you’re ready to go!

We purchased a Access Value Wall Frame (lean to) after seeing one at a garden show. Really impressed by the product. No corners cut in design or manufacture so expect the more expensive ones are really amazing. The nuts and bolts seem to be manufactured out of high quality stainless steel and the aluminium profiles seem to be of a high tolerance.

The assembly videos are also really good. The parts all fit together well and the construction is sturdy. As the name suggests, access to plants is really easy and this is all in all a really great product, particularly if you do not have much space.

My only observation is that sometimes they are hard to find within the website but a search engine will generally find them.

I totally recommend the product and will be doing so to friends and relatives.
