Hotel is in a really good location, clean, modern and the staff are lovely. Andrea on reception has been the highlight of our holiday, she is extremely helpful has given us tips and ideas on things to do while here as it is our first ever holiday in Tenerife. The small businesses that set up in the lobby in the evenings are also a great addition, unique, reasonably priced and quality products.

The only thing letting the hotel down is the food, hot food is warm at best, fairly bland and fruit flies around the salad bar. But we would come back here.

I can’t fault this hotel! The location for this hotel was perfect. It was about a 20 minute walk to the beach. The hotel was very clean and modern. The staff was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. The housekeeping would come and clean the rooms daily when you’re out of your rooms, which is a lovely surprise for when you get back. The sweets are so spacious they have TV and mini fridge sofa bed a bath and shower so really everything you need in a room, especially if you’ve got younger children. There’s an outside heated pool which was perfect. They played music by the pool all day and a bar with a seating area that sells foods and drinks. They also have adults only spa an indoor pool which is €15 per person for two hours. Some families may think it’s a bit noisy as there are a lot of younger people staying there. However, I stayed there with my partner and three year-old and didn’t mind the noise at all it was actually nice to hear and speak to other people and have a laugh. We had absolutely no issues and I think it’s a great value for money. I would definitely be returning every time I go to Tenerife they’ve made this experience outstanding.

Prenotata una stanza vista piscina (proprio per essere sicuro che fosse silenziosa almeno durante la notte) per questo Natale nel mese di ottobre, senza alcun preventivo avviso, mi é stata assegnata a prezzo pieno una camera al 1° piano di fronte ai motori elettrici e turbine della climatizzazione e riscaldamento di tutta la struttura, con rumore di 65 db tutto il giorno e la notte. Richiesto il cambio camera, mi é stata solo proposta una camera di livello inferiore con vista e rumore della vicina autostrada, cosa che ho chiaramente rifiutato. Ora, premesso che terminata la vacanza farò causa alla struttura alberghiera ed al tour operator con cui avevo prenotato, ma io ritengo che le normative sull'inquinamento acustico non consentano nemmeno di ospitare delle persone in zone così rumorose. In pratica, non solo comportamento commerciale scorretto ma credo anche violazione di norme a tutela della salute. In Italia una cosa del genere, non sarebbe possibile.
