Great easy to use Web site and prompt service fantastic

I got stuck with trying to connect a remote to an existing control unit, literally called up was helped by Liz and she patiently talked me through the whole process. Once we finished I thought I would be cheeky and ask for help with something else with the system and she helped me fix that as well. I’m very grateful. Thank you

Very happy with the part I ordered and now know where to go for any garage door parts I might need in the future.

Many thanks :)

Great service. I had some problems configuring my new garage remote, but this was sorted by email - and on a Saturday afternoon as well.

Excellent, helpful service and rapid response to queries with replacement hand transmitters for powered garage doors. Provided support until issue resolved.

Great product and service. I ordered a garage door remote to replace a very old, lost remote. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable support. Replied almost immediately. Superb advice and information given. Garage door now working like new. Thank you!

Swopping a lightning-struck Hormann Supramatic 3 for the later version 4, whilst approaching my eightieth birthday, appeared somewhat daunting. But the staff at GDL were virtually at my side throughout - any questions, any problems, any concerns - I asked and the support was instantaneous. Thank you team, you’ve been superb.

Excellent communication.
Responded to emails very speedily.
Very helpful and informative.
The instructions for tuning in the remote were clear.
Very happy.

I bought a garage door controller which arrived next day. I had a problem with a photocell safety beam (Not bought from GDL ) GDL responded to e-mail queries promptly even on a weekend .
The only company to use for garage door parts. Impressive in todays world

Sent me a relay for Horman door. Terminal block wouldn’t take wires. Wouldn’t refund me and accused me of damaging it. Avoid this company. 😡

these guys are awesome always answer their emails
fast delivery on the goods i bought, and good quality
the small problem i had with the configuration was dealt with immediately i can't recommend them enough

Great customer service - I was unsure about which remote control I needed and Liz in the office advised me. I was also unsure about the reprogramming process and certainly didn’t want to start taking covers off the controller. I was reassured by Liz that it was easy but was given the number of a local garage door specialist in case my friendly electrician couldn’t do it - he did it - but I’ve kept the number of the specialist for future reference, if ever needed. Although only purchasing a remote control, I felt like a valued customer, as Liz responded promptly and professionally to my queries. Delivery, once ordered was fast - ordered Wednesday delivered Friday. Thank you.

Saved myself a fortune by ordering parts for my garage door through GDP who were absolutely brilliant. I made a mistake with quantity when ordering which they resolved no problem, would definitely recommend this company to anyone, superb service.

Struggled years to locate any springs at for our 1980s Garador . Found GDP online who had the exact correct springs in stock. Ordered and arrived this morning , hooked them on in 5 mins and our door now works like new again!
Excellent website too . Big thanks 🙏

Knowledgeable, helpful, professional!
I had a garage door which opened itself randomly. GarageDoorPartsUK were very helpful, and suggested replacing the button ribbon on the control unit, which fixed the problem perfectly, while other companies just said buy a whole new control unit!

Excellent and prompt service even over a bank holiday weekend. Product delivered ahead of expectations - given I ordered it just prior to the bank holiday weekend and was exactly as described+the explanation that my existing door controller was now obsolete and the replacement was designed to work as the original, which it did. Provided practical tips how to pair the controller and door mechanism and confirmed my Wife's original controller would remain compatible. I thoroughly recommend this company easy to deal with and very helpful, good value for money.

I had great difficulty in identifying the correct replacement spring for my 45 year old garage door. The original manufacturer was unable to help but GDP was incredibly patient with me and after a series of communications identified just what was required. Delivered quickly and fitted by myself. Door now operates better than I can ever remember.

Great service, very helpful, quick delivery - what more can you ask for!

I required a replacement key fob for my garage door.I wasn’t sure what type it was so I sent photos of the key fob and the controller by email. The reply was immediate advising me what to order which I did.
The key fob arrived with programming instructions which I followed and 10 minutes later the key fob was operational.
The service was excellent and I highly recommend this Company.
