Garage Door Parts UK Anmeldelser

GDP come highly recommended after responding quickly to an electrical fault on my garage door. Their diagnosis was spot on and the replacement control ribbon proved to be easy to fit. The part was less than £20 after the initial supplier/installation company quoted over £200. Their agent in Customer Care was a pleasure to deal with and I can fully recommend them to others in need of help.

My old electric roller garage door started making horrible noises and i found a broken bearing end. Several quotes obtained for a new door ££££. Decided to google and came across this site. Found the part needed and confirmed with them it would fit before I ordered. With a bit of work, I now have a functioning door again!! The part arrived promptly and im very happy and so is my bank balance

Very quick delivery.
I had a problem with one of the springs stretching.
This company sorted the issue very quickly and great communication.
New spring from garador, all good.
Highly recommended

I tried several sellers to get the parts required for my garage door but non seemed to grasp or be interested in my questions except for GDP. They were very thorough in making sure the components were fit for purpose. Excellent Service

Great help in identifying parts for obsolete door . Parts supplied quickly and at good price. Excellent communication throughout.

Great knowledge and advice, provided what I needed first time from a 20 year old garage door mechanism

Really helpful. Knew exactly what I needed. Good prices, delivered quickly, and were more than happy with after-sales advise re installation.

The great thing was the almost immediate response to my questions and then the advice given. The delivery was prompt, no waiting around. Further help was then given and was much appreciated, thank you.

I needed replacement springs and s-hooks for a very old automatic garage door - found all the parts and they were delivered incredibly quickly. They were identical to the originals and I fitted them myself without any issues. Garage door now working perfectly.

Just wanted to highlight a company that I have been dealing with recently - Garage Door Parts

I’ve had several emails over the weekend helping me diagnose the issue and supplying the replacement parts.
It’s rare today for companies to go to such efforts and show such conscientiousness and commitment, so as a mark of my appreciation I thought I’d spread some positivity about them.

Well done ! Andy

Best customer service I’ve ever had, hands down.

I ordered a part and thought that I would have to return it as I did not have the old key. When I tried to exchange my product for one over twice the price, they were more than honourable and informed me that I could in fact use the cheaper product without old key, and then went out of their way and provided me with bespoke instructions to change the lock. Within an hour of me contacting them, I had changed the lock, and all this was on a Sunday!!!

100% recommend.

What a great company to deal with. I had been struggling to get a key cut for my lock. Checked eBay and found this company who were able to supply a new lock barrel and three keys for the price of one replacement key. Would definitely recommend.

Biggest dread before Christmas, the garage door throws a spanner in the works. My 3mtr door packed up leaving me to wind it down manually. Quick call to these people and parts orders and door will be back in business before Christmas.Great knowledgeable team, my original door was not installed properly many years ago, extra parts ordered. Thank you.

They identified fob needed for my garage door unit and then gave further advice on directions as how to register new unit on my syster

I needed some new roller shutter fobs for my place of work, with a system that was installed long before my employers took on the building. Reached out to GDP UK with some photos and they quickly came back to me with a link to the correct fobs. Ordered 3 and they sent me pairing instructions. Tried to pair the fobs and couldnt get my receiver unit to go into pairing mode, reached out again to GDP who gave me great advice which worked! Really quick to reply to emails and really helpful! will use again if we need to replace/buy new fobs for staff!

Fast Delivery, Great product and Good people to deal with .

What more can one add to 5* > super service, really helpful advice, and simple instructions provided to programme an additional remote control.

Exceptional customer service - the chat / email helped me to choose the correct product - speedy delivery and when I couldn’t get one of the items to work properly I was again assisted via email with options and additional instructions resulting in rapid success! Would definitely use again.

The help offered to identify the parts required and the no quibble advice on how to procede with the repair was refreshing. Great prices and super quick despatch of parts.

Ordered 2 replacement garage fobs from Garage Door Parts UK. The service received even before ordering to ensure the correct remotes were ordered through to additional support when we couldn’t work out how to pair despite comprehensive instructions sent through has been excellent.
