I needed to replace my remote control roller shutter control system because my 11 year old system was not functioning properly. I contacted this company and was immediately told of various things that I could do and they came up with a solution.A new system was dispatched and I received it and everything works perfectly fine. I was really impressed by one particular person by the name of Liz who was very helpful and knowledgeable in dealing with my inquiry .The customer service was excellent and professional .and everything was explained to me and was emailed to me for future reference.Absolutely outstanding service from this company

Ordered a new remote for a roller shutter door. Didn’t have an existing remote but before the order arrived I received full and clear instructions on how to pair with the wall unit, which worked great. Delivery was fast and product is as described. Very clear instructions on website on which product matches which remote which helped a lot.

Had an old garage door with no identifiable markers which was not working. Was able to find this company based on my pictures and AI than then was able to match them to the same type of pictures on this site. Contacted the Garage Door Parts team and shared my problem, pics and troubleshooting steps I already did, and their reply was great. We went through several stages and found the root issue as it pertained to this system, and the door is fully functional again. Other companies were not receptive and just gave a quote for a call out (which turned out to be unnecessary). Will be coming back here for any future parts, and would recommend their service.

I ordered a replacement garage door remote. The website had very clear instructions for navigating the minefield of different types. After the order they emailed details of how program the remote. I found this process difficult so emailed the company on a Sunday afternoon and received a helpful response within minutes. The level of service was fantastic and it let me finish the job.

I needed to repair a very old (c 70years) Ellard up and over door. I emailed GDP with pictures and they responded immediately with advice for the correct replacement internal handle which I subsequently ordered. They dispatched the part same day and I received it within 2 days. All now fitted and the door now fully operational. Great service.

From the point of seeking advice through to purchasing my hand transmitter I was comfortable I was in good hands. My garage door in 15 years old and I have never been anywhere near the electrics and here I was having to find and install a replacement transmitter. I submitted photos of my motor etc and got a reply on the same day. I was guided through the whole process and reassured that I could pair the transmitter and motor if I followed the instructions provided. The instructions were easy to follow and it worked first time.

1989 garage door, torsion spring sheared in half, only company to reply and both the person responding to my emails and the engineer advising, as I sent photos and measurements were very helpful.

We had an issue with a roller door controller and i emailed re a replacement item - GDP came back in 5 minutes and gave some advice which narrowed the issue down to an internal part rather than the complete item.

Glad I found Garage Door Parts, as the old roller door my parents had needed a new remote fob.
Luckily found the GDP website.
They had a compatible remote control fob, which was simple to link up to the roller door when it arrived.
GDP were very helpful, and their stock saved an expensive door replacement.

I wasn't sure exactly which variant of the remote handset I required, but after sending a photo the company very quickly confirmed the right item.
Once I'd ordered it they sent the new handset and programming instructions promptly. My initial attempt at programming the handset failed but the customer service team replied quickly to my email asking for help and enabled me to complete the programming successfully.

Sent a technical query over the weekend and received an immediate response with clear options. Parts were delivered promptly and the issue was resolved, saving me the need for a call-out and associated fees.
