As long as they get paid, they dont care about the contract, their own guidelines, or you the consumer

Thank you to Ian who delivered a tower to my workplace today, the parking is not ideal here but he managed to park and unload with no issues or complaint's, very quick efficient service
Hired equipment
Hired equipment, when I picked up the equipment it was old and damaged. So I requested another, they spent hours arguing and being passive aggressive. Did not refund me fully and I lost a few days work. As I had to find another company.
Top Class Service
Absolutely fantastic service at all levels at GAP Lifting Warrington. Pete, Larry and the team are always extremely helpful and make everything easy to deal with. 10/10 from me.
Damaged my car and won’t pay for the damage.
Do not use this company! They delivered a digger to my property and the delivery man drove the digger up and down my driveway at speed. They caused a deep scratch about 1 meter across to the rear of my vehicle. They refuse to accept responsibility even though I have video evidence and photos to prove that their guy caused the damage.

We had workmen at are house working one was called Andy he is a brilliant worker he waited yesterday for other workers to fix the fence but they didn’t turn up but came back today to finish the garden off they jet washed the drive over all there work was fantastic I can’t thank them enough for doing the job one satisfied customer my name is Jason thanks guys. Even northern gas work men were fantastic I have no complaints about any of the workers they were polite friendly. The bosses were great telling us what was going on they worked very hard to sort the pipes out even in the dark well done all Round x

2 jobs in 2 weeks have now gone over schedule and in total cost 10.5 man days lost , 1st job pump turned up late and missing half the parts ordered, that cost 4.5 manned days 2nd job this week pump turned up, again late and missing minor parts , set it up and it wouldnt pump, engineer came out to find first the pump blocked( hadnt been checked before despatch) and 2nd it was the wrong pump now admittedly they did sort this asap and swap out but again didnt get delivered till 4 pm , this has cost 6 manned days
Battered equipment
Battered equipment, staff are nice but are quite open in saying they are looking for other jobs. Actually turned up in time but safety stickers are missing (no big deal but client is strict). Ram guards missing from excavator, and not a straight panel on any of the plant hired to us. Makes us look like we have cut costs on plant hire. Will use sunbelt next time

Terrible company to work for, was employed as a yardman, they made me drive a class 2 delivering heavy plant excavators and dumpers with no training.. when I complained to hr they said company reserves the right to change my duties.. do the job or your sacked..

Not even worth one star ordered kit to be delivered between 8 and 10am but after chasing at 11am we’re told an hour late due to traffic hour ha passed and rang again told another half hour 2hours later got a call from the driver and told he’s having break were the next drop and can you come and find me as lost actually turned up at 440pm 6 Hours late then when finally here told us that there was no intention of delivering this morning as had too much on a phone call and the truth would have been better so I think customer service needs to improve drastically!
Inappropriate sexual behaviour in the workplace.
Update: Gap haven't taken any steps to address the behaviour. Instead they have focused their efforts into an AUDIT for the sake of their equipment.
I have since received admittance from both of the parties to the behaviour.
One of them works in the Northampton Depot, the other in Milton Keynes. GAPs priority has been with its merchandise, rather than its employees and customers at a time like this.
Both employees continue to work with them, and the sexual behaviour continues among the offices.
A member of staff working for GAP has played a vital role in the breakdown of another employees relationship, by behaving sexually both in and out of the work place aswell as sending provocative photos. This has been reported, and proof has been provided. However, I feel I have been shown a total lack of morale in terms of ignorance to the matter at hand; leading to this review. I do hope that the company is able to squash this behaviour before it causes further damage.
Furthermore, an unknown profile, belonging to a middle-aged man, began to harass a member of the broken couple. Despite being fully aware that this person is a vulnerable person. His public comment included accusations of a very malicious nature in relation to a piece of gaps equipment.
(Edit) Gap have been in contact. Evidence has been provided; awaiting response.

Took 6 weeks to get a quote that was 50% more than anyone else. Possibly one of the worst companies that anyone can deal with.
Gap Group welfare without care
Gap Group welfare divi just left a portable loo on my front drive simultaneously blocking where I park and stopping safe access opening of the placed container we have on our drive while we have build works going on at the back. Gap were well over a week late in the delivery (possibly two) and didn’t speak with the builder to find out about siting position (which needed to be at the side or back of the property using access we have from the adjacent road!). My daughter called me immediately they put it on the front drive (I was at my work in a meeting and the builders were not due on site today pm having completed todays tasks by midday). Gap delivery driver would not or did not contact the builder who hired the loo nor did they wait until my daughter could pass my instructions which was simply that it cannot be left on the front drive it has to be in the side garden or back garden. Now the builders have to find personnel to travel 30 miles back here to manually lift and shift it today somehow. Aside of parking space required, I also want access to open the container with door safely swing around for build items to go in today (which I have done by shuffling the loo further into the drive so I could open the container door to it safe opening position properly!). My view is simply that if you want to care about your customers then choose someone other than Gap Group to service you. This loo was very late delivered and put in an incorrect place without apparently giving a care for the contractor that hired them nor for the wishes of the owner of the property they left it at.
REDEMPTION
Ok, so, an apology received this morning after a further chase.
So, perhaps the power of Trust Pilot worked.
Credit where its due, at least received an apology and a request for further info. Uprated the stars accordingly.
