Ordered a pre-order figure back in April (due to release in September). Didn't get any updates for a while after the intended release - so emailed in October, and they said it was still in shipment, and would sent out a 'link to complete the order' when it arrived at the warehouse. I was under the impression this would be the delivery payment, as the order page on the website stated that only that part needed to be paid for later on.

I email them again in December, as they had given no update this entire time. I was told yes, it was in the warehouse, and to complete the payment via a Stripe link in the email. Note: this was the entire payment. Despite going through the checkout process in April, they had never charged me. This was at no point communicated, or displayed on your order page, and you could only see it still needed to be paid for if you downloaded the invoice PDF (which most people won't do).
In fact, the order confirmation email they sent immediately after placing the order stated 'order status: payment recieved'.

At no point in the order process did they say you would need to chase them up months later to actually pay for and recieve your order. If I hadn't had emailed, I doubt they would have ever actually communicated with me.

I ended up cancelling it, as I didn't trust they'd actually ever send anything out - it all seemed very suspicious, and the way their ordering process works is quite frankly ridiculous and very suspicious.
The only response I got from explaining all this was a "I have cancelled the order as per your request."

Hopefully they put more effort into communicating with whoever else preorders from them.

Edit due to response: the existence of the help desk page doesn’t change much. That information should have been available without digging through the site - most people won’t be searching for that sort of thing. It’s like adding a fine print at the bottom of a contract, lol.
I’ve also searched through my emails for any stripe link sent prior to me prodding the support email, but nothing.

Whilst you may be a partner, all I have to reliably go off of is my own experience.
Good luck with the new system - but again, should have been communicated better all along.

I stupidly ordered 2 things for my child for christmas , knew one was a pre order due december but didn't notice until yesterday the other one was too and not due until around march , all sorted for me today brilliant customer service!!

We bought a few figurines from them, all of them have outstanding quality and for a jaw-dropping price. When ordering, check whether you want the parcels sent when each is released or all at once. We forgot to do that, but the lovely customer service rapidly corrected our errors and we received it soon after. Overall, it was better than I could have ever imagined.

Ordered a £60 figure 3 weeks ago and still had no delivery updates. Last week i got in contact with them on 3 different emails and got the same automated reply back on all 3 saying it’s a special order and it can take up to 21 days to receive your item. Today marks the 21st day and still no item or update. When you ring the contact numbers there is no answer. You just seem to be getting automated replies on emails that don’t help you. This is all just a scam. DO NOT BUY

Very poor delivery time over 1 month. No update at all as I had to send 2 emails before any response. Once I got a response the service from that point was 5 stars but having no update for over a month at 1st was very poor.

Order was easy, arrived on time, and tracked delivery. I would likely buy from them again.

Speedy delivery after release date.

EDIT:the manager has since contacted me by email and apologised kindly which i appreciate allot more than just having coupons or discounts thrown at me as some companys do so after hearing the difficulties the company has had since they have grown so fast i will be happy to give them another chance and i believe anyone that had a bad experience over the last few months should too.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Took 5 months and 4 emails from me to get the items i ordered and they didn't even reply or offer anything to make up for it their customer service is a joke only thing that stopped me from giving one star is the fact the items are good

Went to their stall at MCM London Comic Con and the staff I spoke to was very rude and dismissive. I had a few questions about a figure and they made me feel like I was a total nuisance just for asking! The whole interaction with them just really put me off buying anything.

like the other reviews I have been waiting for a response about an pre-order I placed for an item due out months ago that i can see is released everywhere else but I'm getting nowhere because this company wont reply.

I had preorders with another place that did this same thing of delaying items way after it was out and eventually they went bust and I lost like £400 so I'm so worried that this is happening again and I'm going to do a claim with paypal just in case i lose my money again.

Mostly good experiences with this seller :)! Had a few packages that arrived a few months past the estimated arrival date but I’ve always received my orders in the end, and in both of these instances the seller was willing to communicate to get to the source of the issue. Items arrived in perfect condition
