I worked with GIYA to upgrade my game's trailer and Steam presence and am very satisfied with the work done. The team was professional and really took the time to get to understand my game inside and out to help maximize my marketing strategy. Communication was proactive and prompt, looping me in on progress several times a week while giving me tons of opportunities to give feedback and ask questions. Being a solo dev is difficult, and when I needed someone with more expertise to create a more exciting trailer and Steam graphics, GIYA really stepped up for me and delivered a high-quality product.

Spoke to Campaign Manager Khai about a potential partnership, when asking questions he was short, abrasive and not particularly helpful, sounds like he had somewhere better to be. Will not be following up on this one.

I cannot recommend this company.
After working with them for 4 months my sales had actually decreased below the level they were at when I started with them. It took me an additional 4 months to work back out of the debt I incurred hiring them.

If you do not chase them they will not deliver the work they promised, although they are great at making excuses!
