Mispriced games..
Has barely any games in stock and also those that are up are not priced correctly as per there website.
Tried to buy a game and it came up on the till costing £25 more than what it was priced on their shelves for.
Will have to buy it elsewhere as to not upset my young daughter this evening who asked me to pick it up for her with Christmas money today. As I especially came in town to pick it up.

Friendly and helpful staff, especially Sam Hyden. I only buy games from Game.

Abysmal customer service
Abysmal customer service, the guy who served me didn’t seem to care and the staff next to him was chatting to a customer, I had to wait 1 minute in an empty store before I was called over, I find this extremely rude and not professional. This was at the Redhill store.

Buyers BEWARE
Ordered items to be delivered to local store on Monday charged £4.99 1/2 days delivery now Friday no email to say when they might be delivered unable to contact anyone went to store unable to refund or cancel. Online the same now have to wait for them to be delivered to store and returned to their offices for refund buyers beware disgusting service. Refund at last minus £4.99 their delivery to store charge which was delivered to late to give. BUYERS BEWARE

I been shopping with game for years since I was a teenager and they had a different name. Excellent service and full range if games and toys that are all cool. I'm also really happy that I managed to get my limited edition game too
