It was a pre-order of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. I paid using a voucher card and points accrued in my Game wallet; the transaction was handled really efficiently by friendly staff.

Went in store. Explained what I was looking for. They confirmed they had item in stock and I purchased it. All very easy.
What went wrong! Firstly it's difficult for me to get about so I use lifts wish I hadn't use the one at game because it was disgusting, it stunk and had food all on the floor, empty food wrappers empty cups and something that wasn't sure what it was, my issue was it hadn't been checked regularly to keep clean in a while, the game store itself wasn't exactly great either, toys were messed up, games not in order or displayed right, the till area was a mess, also absolutely no staff anywhere literally no one we were in there for 30/40 minutes, my wife had to go and get someone from sports direct staff to look for the staff from game, it took about ten minutes then 3 turn up slowly walking as if they had other things better to do than serve customers, but that's not the worst part, when they got to the counter not one, not even I'm assuming the manager didn't even apologise or even bother to make an excuse as to why no one was on shop floor or till area, it gets better the one in charge was literally lying across the till section as if she was about to fall asleep, the staff behaviour was unprofessional, unhelpful, disgusting unacceptable way to behave, my wife had to ask for the receipt and a bag twice because they seemed so uninterested to do their job and made us feel like we had interrupted them. The company seriously needs to look at retraining for customer service, shop floor management, customer interaction and manners. To look at this store was a total disappointment from start to finish no redeeming features atall if I was a mystery shopper again this store would seriously be in alot of bother. Store needs help in alot of areas.

Good work on internal training.
Both staff members were extremely polite through out, and even engaged in conversation about up and coming gaming titles and said hi to my young son which is nice to see in the customer service world considering you just don't get it anymore.
