A few days ago I had placed a review on here very much proclaiming my DISSATIFACTION WITH THIS COMPANY. BUT LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING I WISH TO CHANGE THAT RIGHT NOW TO A FIVE-STAR RATING! BECAUSE EVEN THOUGH THE INITIAL ORDERS WERE UNORGANIZED AND MESSED UP, THEY DID WITH A LOT OF COMPANIES SHOULD DO NOWADAYS BUT DO NOT DO, THEY TOOK ACCOUNTABILITY 110% AND THEY CORRECTED THEIR MISTAKES AND THEY GAVE ME A FULL REFUND. EVEN THOUGH I SAID I DID NOT NEED OR WANT A REFUND THE PANTS WERE MORE IMPORTANT THEY STILL GAVE ME A REFUND AND THEY STILL MADE SURE MY PANTS GOT IN THE MAIL ANYWAYS.

A MAN BY THE NAME OF JERRY HAND WALKED IT THROUGH THE PROCESS MONEY DID NOT HAVE TO AND IT WAS NOT HIS POSITION.

Originally it was kind of like a nightmare and I'm not even sure if they are aware of the glitch in their system but I use the PO box and it didn't tell me not to use one it didn't advise me to use a regular mailing address but what it did was send it through FedEx and this is not their fault either but in Northern California if you send your stuff through FedEx and it has to go through Stockton or Compton you are nine times out of 10 never going to see your package.

For whatever reason we had to go through this process like two or three times to get it out and streamline logistically properly.

After long wait times on the phone, AND A LOT OF PATIENCE FROM THEM, I AM A MENTALLY DISABLED VETERAN, in which case this whole thing tested my patience as well,

JERRY IS THE NAME OF THE SUPERVISOR THAT STEPPED IN TOOK OVER LIKE A MAN WENT DOWN TO THE WAREHOUSE PUT MY PANTS IN A PACKAGE AND PUT A TRACKING NUMBER FOR USPS ON IMMEDIATELY. I'm sure it wasn't Jerry's fault but the package did not get sent out on this past, Friday nevertheless it was sent out today. The package should be in the mail and says it's going to arrive on Thursday through USPS.

AGAIN I CANNOT EMPHASIZE HOW THIS PART IS SUPER IMPORTANT IN MY MIND.

NEARLY EVERY COMPANY HAS HICCUPS BUT NOT OF THIS MAGNITUDE NEARLY EVERY COMPANY MAKES MISTAKES BUT NOT OF THIS MAGNITUDE.

BUT LET ME TELL YOU WHAT EVERY OTHER COMPANY DOES NOT DO.....

.... EVERY OTHER COMPANY DOES NOT GIVE YOU A FULL REFUND AND STILL CONTINUES TO HAVE THEIR HANDS ON YOUR PACKAGE UNTIL THEY 100% KNOW IN THE BACK OF THEIR MIND LIKE IT WAS THEIR MOTHER OR BROTHER OR SISTER, WITHOUT A DOUBT THAT PACKAGE IS GOING TO BE MOVING BECAUSE THEY MADE A PROMISE TO SOMEBODY THAT THEY WILL NEVER MEET!!

THIS IN ITSELF IS WORTH PRICELESS AND I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PANTS FROM ANYWHERE ONLINE EXCEPT FOR THIS COMPANY RIGHT HERE AS A RESULT OF THAT.

THEY HONESTLY COULD HAVE SCREWED UP MY ORDER FIVE OR SIX DIFFERENT WAYS BUT WHAT MADE THE DIFFERENCE IS THEY STAYED ON TOP OF THIS THING UNTIL IT WAS MADE RIGHT.

AND OF COURSE I'M GOING TO BE CALLING BACK UP I'M TRYING TO PAY FOR MY PACKAGE WHETHER THEY ACCEPT MY MONEY OR NOT.

I'M I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE INITIAL SERVICE.... BUT WHEN YOU GO OUT OF YOUR WAY LIKE THIS ALL IS FORGOTTEN AND I WILL BE POSTING THIS ON EVERY PUBLIC PLACE THAT I CAN. I HONESTLY WISH I COULD WORK WITH PEOPLE LIKE THIS ON A REGULAR BASIS, AND I WISH I COULD GIVE EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM THAT HAD A PART IN THIS THAT MADE IT SUCCESSFUL SOME TYPE OF SMALL GIFT.

YOU ARE A BUNCH OF ANGELS, GALLS. JERRY, I DON'T KNOW WHAT I WOULD DO WITHOUT YOU BUT. TYSM

This company is nothing but a headache. A placed an order on November 30th and it still has yet to be shipped they're selling products that they don't even have in stock. After a week of waiting for an update I called customer service they said it would be 2 weeks before they even received the product. We're going on two weeks now and still no order updates. then they charge $10 for shipping on top of it, on an order that was $300 you would think if they have such terrible customer service and have zero priority of getting customers their products in a timely manner that at least they would do is wave the shipping fee.

The products are the products that I'm looking for.

Ordered steel to rubber boots got boots with out steel toes sent the item back only for them to take forever to refund my money. Misleading g description of the priduct.

I placed an order with Galls on November 18, and this company gave me nothing but frustration. They created a USPS label on December 2, but the package was never shipped. For over a week and a half, I called multiple times, and every time I was told something different. The tracking stayed stuck at “Label Created – USPS Awaiting Item,” which means they never turned the package over to USPS.

What frustrated me most is the lack of communication and follow-through. They told me it was shipped, but it never was. Luckily, the charge eventually fell off my Wells Fargo account, but the overall experience was unprofessional and a waste of my time.

If you’re ordering uniforms or work gear and you need them on time, be careful. My experience was nothing but delays, excuses, and no delivery.

I purchased 2 shirts. The online experience was easy to use, and the shirts arrived within 2 days. The quality of the product was as expected.

I bought Under Armour socks and mission made grim locks. They were showing in stock online and delivered in 3 days. I am super happy. I needed these socks for my urgent care work. I stand long hours and these are the best socks. Grim locks are must for me at work to keep things together. It was so swift!!!!

I ordered my dad a few pair of Mission Made pants and I was really impressed with the quality and price compared to the 5.11 pants I used to get him that were way more expensive. Plus they came in two days which was perfect.

I ordered a pair of 5.11 pants. After around 3 weeks + and a few phone calls they finally arrived at a p.o box . I had moved by then and never received the order . It was close to 100.00 more than most places charge. Contacting the company their attitude was they could care less when their shipping time sucks. Worst company that ive ever done buisness with ,they SUCK.

I ordered a rucksack from Galls with the intention of purchasing several for my gym center in upstate NY. Their website was offering a “new member” coupon of 10% off at the time, but I did not receive the code until about 10 minutes after submitting my order. I called their customer service to have the discount applied only to learn why Galls has earned a reputation for terrible customer service. They refused to apply the discount citing small print policy language hidden at the bottom of the confirmation email. So, naturally, I told them I wanted the order cancelled - which is an option listed in the confirmation email. I figured, once this order is cancelled I could reorder using the new member coupon. The CS representative told me I could not cancel since the order was already “in process”. Now, I had just submitted my order 10 minutes earlier so there is no way it could have already been shipped. So I asked to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor specialist I spoke with was definitely not interested in helping me… She shared that all orders go direct to shipping and said I’d have to return the rucksack (with a $7.50 restock fee) after it’s been received - which is absolutely maddening since I just submitted the order 10 minutes prior. The whole thing was a huge waste of time and resources. Galls needs to remove the “cancel order” function on there website and either outsource their customer service or invest in their customer policies, practices, and procedures. I’ve worked with A LOT of venders and I had not experienced this level of indifference from frontline staff. Galls does a great job marketing and incentivizing, but their customer service practices are holding them back. I own a gym center and do not recommend doing business with Galls.

I ordered some tactical boots. Size 11W. They were out of stock and instead of letting me know they would need some time, they sent me size 11 boots. Did not fit. When I tried to use the website to return them, the program would not work (wouldn't let me upload my photo and I tried several different formats). So I called and they told to just upload any photo to get to the next step. I refused and insisted they do the return over the phone.

She relented and that's when I found out the 11W were out of stock, so I said send me 12W and they were out too. So we agreed for now I would return them and they would refund me the money, but not the S&H charge and there was a return fee.

After 20 minutes she realized and had to speak to e supervisor that they were not charging me any S&H for the return and she was going to give back the original S&H fee, as I wasn't the one who made a mistake.

When I brought up how much time I would spend on S&H and they should pay me, I was told I would get a $25 gift card.

OK great, but I will never use it.

Made an order on Feb. 2, 2025, for a raincoat. Order was finally delivered on Aug. 26, 2025. Poor Customer service, poor turn around time.

We ordered an item from Galls. They shipped the wrong item. I contacted them. They said they’d research and determine if they were going to send me a return authorization to ship the wrong item back. I asked if they were going to go ahead and send the correct item, as it was their error. I was told they weren’t Amazon. I agreed. I sent the wrong item back and didn’t hear from Galls, so I called and asked for reimbursement on the ordered item; that we’d order elsewhere. Well, I got reimbursed for the item and the tax on it, but not the $9.99 shipping charge. I contacted them again. Their response: “After taking a look on this order, we did refund you the item price and the tax but the shipping/handle we can not refund it.” Cannot = we choose not to, it's the cost of doing business with us.

NOT WHAT WAS ADVERTISED

I bought the UA Charged Loadout boots from this site. The product photos clearly show a yellow Vibram logo, but the boots I received had a BROWN LOGO molded into the sole.

It doesn't match any real Vibram sole I've ever seen. it looks fake ah. Very disappointed. Would not trust this seller again.

They are trying to screw me out of $280.00. Do not buy from online, they will bend you over and you will not enjoy it. Between them and FEDEX I WILL NEVER USE EITHER.

I have been a loyal customer for the past ten years. I ordered boots on 2/13/25 order # 28713140 and was never told that this item was on back order, each month I called service line was told will be delivered within five days. I cancelled my order today when I was told the order may be in on 4/7/25 and will not recommend or use Galls again.

Place to order for shoes well over two weeks ago was towed by a customer rep that the address did not match the credit card which was not true whatsoever. My card was charged in which the representative lied about that as well and magically after I got off the phone with the rep I received the email saying the item is out of stock and a refund has been issued stay away from this company very unprofessional no communication whatsoever! I ordered pants that were in stock on February 9, 2005. As of the February 16, they still have not shipped.
