On 19th March as was agreed with Gair the service went ahead with the engineer phoning up to let us know he was arriving on time , putting the appropriate
Safety wear on . He was polite and happy went about
servicing the appliance told us he was finished signed
the schedule sheets and departed Job all done .well done .

The engineer arrived on time, assessed problem and very speedily fitted new part to remedy the fault. Thank you!

This installation was much delayed by me, but once scheduled, fixing separate new heating controls for oil-fired boiler and convection heaters was done quickly and efficiently. We have an old building with complicated wiring from previous setups. Great care was needed to remove redundant cabling without disrupting the remaining live cabling, which was done carefully and expertly.

Came exactly when they said, carried out the work in kind, friendly and professional way and even improved the location of the stopcock so it can't be knocked and is easier to see and use.

Harry and Mario were absolutely the best and I have never experienced such professionalism in this field. Thank you so much. After finding you via your reviews I can see why people leave such positive ones! Thank you!

The plumber arrived on time, worked very efficiently and tidily to replace some blocked pipework. He was a lovely young man who made sure everything was working perfectly when he left. I've always been very pleased with the service and quick response by Gair Gas and would thoroughly recommend them.

Harry and an apprentice came to replace 3 TRV's. I could hear from the conversations that Harry really cared about his profession and was giving some pro tips to the apprentice. They were very efficient and all done in less than two hours. My boiler pressure has been dropping for a while but after their visit it has been stable. I'm delighted to be a Home Shield customer as it is fantastic value for money and gives me peace of mind. I know they will do a great job as that would minimise future call-outs. I highly recommend Gair Gas.

I had Harry one of the heating engineers round to check out my boiler and heating system before I could sign up to their cover plan. As I have recently moved in I asked him lots of questions about the boiler and heating system which he was very happy to answer- or he did a good job of hiding it😂
The office staff I have spoken to are excellent too- all very reassuring and feel happy to sign up to their service.
